Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful times. 💐

New claims (NC) are taking ‘around’ 20 weeks.
Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) & Change Of Circumstances (COC) between 20-25 weeks approx.
Renewals between 15-20 weeks approx
tribunals: when you disagree with MR and are considered by a court
scan date (SD) date form was scanned on the system and counting weeks for decision
original claim date: date you called up for the forms and you will be backdated

UC : universal credit
DWP: department of work and pensions
DM: decision maker; the person who assesses each claim and awards/decline a case

number for an update 0800 121-4600

currently we are in July/August for decisions! xx

I sent mine for tracked, signed next day delivery. Was scanned on the system the same day they received it x

I did mine same tracked signed for 4th still not updated on royal mail website to say its there supposed to be next day but can take upto three days....I've give dla tracking number as he asked for it today and left a note on my file for dm to say its on way to them and when it is she will finish the claim she assessing then get back to mine so fingers crossed it's all sorted next week

How long does it take once it scanned onto system and the dm gets it makes descion .

ive recently got my MR outcome, same as you I was grateful for the award but knew in my gut we were on the wrong rates. We were awarded HRC from MRC 21 weeks exactly. If you’re confident you’re on the wrong rates I’d say go for it but there is always a risk at MR or renewal the rates could go down.

Up with the storm. Significant damage in the garden for us. Can confirm no back pay lol

We have gotta think thou like how many people aren’t on Facebook or on the Facebook groups, there could of been like 100 new awards that we are unaware of🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes that's very true! Well 🤞 we get some good outcomes next wk 😊

Plus they don't seem to msg many people with the outcomes so not many would find out until Monday onwards🤷‍♀️
