I’m with you m. I’m in a bad mood most days because of this. The not knowing is awful and what makes it worse is we know our kids fully deserve it. It’s not denying us it’s denying them. It’s all I can think about and obviously over the weekend we can’t call them even if it just to hear the same story over and over. I think this will be your week and this nightmare will be over 🤞

and then when you call up the disappointment when you’re told a decision hasn’t been made🙄 I think it’ll be the following week once I’m at 21 weeks. However fingers crossed for this upcoming week. You aren’t far behind me so hopefully we both have ours sorted as soon as

Oh yeah it’s gutful hearing it’s still in the queue and no update. We’ve had a quiet 2 weeks now I think? So I’m hoping more decisions are likely this week. I was told to call back mid December going by my scan date so I think yours should be imminent x

Well it’s the first time the call handler has told me that’ll it’ll be picked up very soon😂 I’m gonna try hold off until Thursday to call that’s when I’m at 20 weeks x

I don’t think they would say that unless it was true 😅 I’m 17 weeks Tuesday and I totally plan on calling at least once a week 😂 the thought of it going the full 25 weeks is too much

I will go insane if it’s the full 25 weeks. At this point I just want to know if I’m going tribunal or not. Before Christmas would be nice however not even holding out hope for that🙄

good Morning all. Anyone heard anything over the weekend?

blahblahblahhhhh · 01/12/2024 10:47

Not a peep since second letter to confirm the ‘15 week wait’ and I’ll be 20 weeks on Saturday.

I have held off calling all this time, is it worth bothering tomorrow?

Hi all please can I have little info? I’m thinking of doing a change of circumstances for my son as on speaking with all that works with him they think he should be getting high rate motabilty I’m currently on low rate motabilty …as upon reading for to get high rate my son definitely fits into these from my understanding he’s needs are slot more worse than when I originally done these forms…but I’m worried he’s renew date is in June? Would yous wait for renew or put this in now? Would I still be paid until new decision is made? I’ve never done a change circumstance so I’m a little on edge what to do thank you any info would be appreciated x

Same I just want to know if it’s going to tribunal. I’d rather not have to wait on a decision after Christmas it’ll just play on my mind. Wondering if they’ve factored in the Christmas/New year closure in to the 25 weeks

Hi, I would wait until renewal but that’s just my opinion. If your son fits the criteria it’ll give you time to gather all evidence ahead of the renewal. You’ll still continued to get paid.

Hi would I still get paid if I put change circumstances in or does that stop until you get decision? Sorry for all the questions x

I’d wait for renewal aswell, given wait times keep rising you’ll probably be getting your renewal forms while waiting on the decision from change of circumstance and then you will have to also fill out the stuff for renewal.

I think they still have some working the Christmas period, just not the obvious days, so maybe a few days short of the date they have told us

You would still get paid as usual. No problem. x
