DLA waiting times continue from thread 55

Fingers crossed to everyone this week hopefully they made some good progress over the weekend silent in the background 🤣🤣

This is what I said on the phone last week. “You’re telling me 25weeks yet multiple people have had decision back after my date” she didn’t really have an answer. Probs why I was in a mood all weekend

Seen a date for the 26/07 this morning just ring then love.. xx

I’m 28/08 lol, I hoping to see August soon, I know people been waiting so much longer then me, but the wait times are getting ridiculous aren’t they xx

They thought they got rid of me but I'll be on that phone at 9am.....where's my boys penny's 🤣🤣

Scan date new claim 19th of July after what they said no decision leave it till the 6th Dec I am.now can't be bothered and be fobbed off with same answer and when you tell them scan dates later than you have been looked at they don't want to know pee take if you ask me and they told me it either goes the date it's Scanned or surname

😂😂 please ask what date they are working on

I was speaking to someone last night and she put her new claim in at the end of July, I said when were you awarded she said like 6 weeks ago.
I don’t put up with the bs I ring everyday until it’s dealt with, I never waited 20 weeks for any of my kids, she now has 3 on dla. brave I suppose lol x

Jeez I hope not! Sd 17/7 and a W surname for my boy 🤦‍♀️ I'm beginning to feel like our decision maker is on a 6mth holiday or it's a decline 😫 19wks on Wednesday, I'll be so peed off if we've waited all this time to be told no and have to do it all again

Surname doesn’t make sense as my boys are A so I don’t put any weight on that at all, we shall see I guess…

Definitely highlights the amount of absolute nonsense we are told on the phone though doesn't it xx

I’m sitting here contemplating calling and feeling quite sick, I really need to know now as financial situation is dire but it’s not like they care about that…

I'm 20 weeks today for new claim 😭 my dm is either the slowest person ever or just not there. On hold to get through now and praying there's a decision, although I doubt it.

When did you last call? I hope they’ve got a decision for you and they are happy to tell you without too much stress.

I dont think i have the energy for them today. We've had a particularly challenging weekend 😫 I really wish they saw the kids rather than bits of paper so they genuinely understand what we go through daily.

Well it’s just cutting off straight away when I go through option 2.

4.30pm Friday and there was still no decision.

Watching this group for a while sd 29/7. My daughter has high functioning autism, adhd, social anxiety and sensitive processing disorder aswell as urology issues! This wait is driving my own anxiety through the roof! We need the money scared they will say no! And been ringing once a week for update with no update! 17 weeks today! Urh how can they think this is far for any of us?
