Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Yes you can receive a letter before back pay, Im 26/6 and seen many people after me been rewarded and mines still not with a decision maker its baffled me

I saw that and a 1st August one too. I wish they’d just do them in order, it seems like certain decision makers work through them quicker than others, but they should take from the next application the list when they finish one rather than dividing them up between decision makers earlier 🤷🏼‍♀️ or at least it seems that’s how they do it

Final got through and it's been awarded. I was expecting HRC because she doesn't sleep and needs assistance all night and also LRM as she runs off if she's having a meltdown. We've been awarded MRC only which is disappointing and I'm going to ask for a MR. Does anyone know if your payments continue in the meantime while the MR is going through?

Do you know I think that’s what has the most impact on your sanity seeing dates after yours being awarded and still no progress on your own!

I have just seen a 19th September new claim scan date be awarded. How on earth that has happened is beyond me 😂 my scan date is 12th September and they told me middle of Jan, although I’m expecting more and of/beginning of Feb. No part of me thought September scan dates would get done yet! They seem to be mainly end of June/beginning of July now. Must of skipped August completely 😂

That's true. It could have been worse. I don't know how to prove she doesn't sleep though. I've got a diary and they're welcome to come and check if she's awake or not 😂

I’ve just called and got straight through.
my SD is 1/07 and he said there’s been no progress with my claim and that I should hear by Monday, if not then that’s call then. No news is good news right ? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Scan date is 16/7 for us. Just tried to call and the line is awful, has anyone else found this today?

I have just had the same thing. The man said “I cannot talk to you whilst your phone line is so bad, rather walk somewhere else or I’m going to have to put the phone down” needless to say I wasn’t too impressed! I was told 2 weeks ago my daughters claim was with a decision maker, yet yesterday told that it hasn’t been seen by a decision maker yet and will not be until 20 weeks which will be the 27th November

SD 5/7 new claim

Gave in and rang them to be told to call back on 22nd november if I have not heard anything as that's the 20 week mark!

This is wrong I called yday and they said they could use my NI number as I called from work and didn't have the reference number!
S/d 8th July and told yesterday not been dealt with yet- couldn't tell me anything else!

Seen a couple awards on fb from first week of July.

So the lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday was clearly just saying whatever to get me off the phone because it’s not with a decision maker 💀 but at the top of the Que to be allocated to one and could be another 4 weeks 😫😂🫣 scan date 18/07

Their phone lines are awful. I always get cut off after ages of waiting. Took me 7 times yesterday to actually get through without being cut off

I just got through to a lovely lady because I’m really worried the school report won’t get back to them by the 20th as they’re only sending it back today. She’s put a note on my file.

Just got through nothing yet told me to wait till my 20th week which is next week scan dates 5th July xxx

I have not long spoken to a nice man that was a case worker. He said the following:

They recognise they are behind and will be getting in extra staff to help go through the decisions, staff will be working overtime, things will be improving, but in all honestly he thinks it’ll make a 1-2 week difference and no more. For MRs they are sticking with a 25 week decision time and they are currently working on MRs dates 19th June. We’ve got ages in that case being S/D 06/08.

It was fine this morning but second call it sounded completely garbled. The man I was speaking to was cutting in and out which I told him!
