Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Ughh fingers cross it's not to long, they might get some Christmas temp extra staff to help them clear the backlog, surely they don't want to start the new year with such a back log, anyway that's just my wishful thinking lol

Our new claim took 19 weeks and 3 days for it to be looked at.

I have just sent in my daughters first renewal. Claim runs out 4th Jan but never received a renewal pack so had to call.

Do we get any confirmation that they have received? Or a new scan date? Or just have to wait until claim ends?

20 weeks tomorrow for me.

Mine was sd 1/7 awarded 6/11 so just over 18 weeks (backpay 12th) for those waiting, good luck xx

Scan date 12/8 new claim 13 weeks today
anyone been awarded from Aug? Or they still working on June/July yet

Dwp offices shut over Christmas from 24th to 28th and 29th is a Sunday (so cant call)back open 30th/31 shut again on 1st jan

Was told Thursday just gone that it is with a decision maker. Although I've heard this few times before to be told its been a mistake on the advisors behalf. Ringing today or tomorrow to see if the story is still the same. The wait times are unreasonable but also unbearable. Good luck for this week to everyone x

I’m 5/7, also seen a few for first week July been awarded on forums/facebook so praying it’s this week. It’s unbearable and all I can think about 🤣

I called last week and was fobbed off, ring after 20 weeks have passed etc. So not going to call anymore and just hope to hear/see the back pay go in 🤞🏻

Hi everyone, I sent my form back for a new claim 4th Nov so I know I’ve got a long wait yet but I am waiting on some reports as extra evidence, would anyone be able to advise roughly when would be latest point to send in this extra evidence? Thanks

Well the rate they're working at quite late on tbh, I posted extra evidence at 20 weeks. But I would suggest be safe and send as you get it. Make sure you send recorded or special xx

I’m currently on hold to them, he told me a decision was made last Wednesday I’ve asked to put me through to someone who can tell me.. just waiting to go through… belly’s in bits 😬😬! Xxx
