Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

I’m coming up sixteen weeks on Tuesday scan date 23/07

I’m coming up 19 weeks on Wednesday, scan date 3/7

S/d 8th July new claim (18 weeks tomorrow)
Congrats to all those that have been awarded

17 weeks on Tuesday scan date 16/7

16 weeks sd 19/07 for me

18 weeks tomorrow - SD 08/07

@Stressedsoph1 our DLA runs out on 27th November. They received the renewal forms on the 6th August, made a decision on Thursday apparently but no one will tell me what it is! So 13 weeks for us and I’m waiting to find out what the answer is!

I called Wednesday just gone and was told it is with the claim department whatever that means haha

It could mean anything couldn’t it honestly the helpline dosnt help themselves I haven’t called as id rather receive bad news via letter 🤣🤣 x

so happy for you! I am currently waiting for MR, they delicined change award with ECHP. Hopefully with MR it gets over turned. Did you have ECHP when making the first decision?

I'm SD 17/07 currently 16 weeks 4 days. Not that am counting. New claim

Scan date 03/07. Have seen quite a few people who have been awarded from July so hoping to hear next week. I think we should all call tomorrow morning for an update 😅

Same scan date as me and I havnt called yet, I really struggle with phone calls but it’s eating me up not knowing anything 😂

Weekly 🤣🤣 I've called 3 times this week as waiting for extra evidence to be scanned on and I'm getting really nervous because it was recorded delivery and has been MIA for 2 weeks 🙃 but nothing else to report. I had some fella tell me it was in another department so I just nodded along and come off the phone really confused, I couldn't help myself and called back and the next lady told me she didn't know what he was on about and it was still just marked as open. I'm calling tomorrow though so if it's anything exciting I shall drop a little message here 🤣. Although if I get awarded before @MrsW12 I think I'll keep my mouth shut as I think she might be the longest running currently!!

I feel for both of you it’s bloody painstaking! Fingers crossed this week

I admire your strength!!! I wish I could be this calm and collect. I'm like a raging lunatic when I know am waiting on something. Even the Asda delivery man knows I curtain twitch around my delivery time. God forbid anyone is later than they say they will be I have a break down......it's not hard to tell which parent my son gets his quirks from is it 🤣

This time I’m expecting a decline this time
which is why im not as fussed but I did wait 28 weeks for a coc last year and that was an absolute killer and I literally rang from I think 18 weeks every week I sware they saw my number and thought no

Thank you so much. No we didnt, we were right at the beginning of the EHCP process back in Feb when i first put the claim in. I did an MR for award length too but the DM has put in the letter it’s the right award length based on their award criteria and its not been changed but thats okay ill take it. Although shell be 15y 4m when it runs out, seems daft to me! 🤪

@Starboymummy We have a new claim in for my DS dated 10th September too. I’m expecting a long wait after 13 weeks for a renewal!
