Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month 💐

we currently in the early weeks of June for decision, please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Congratulations! Can I ask what evidence you sent to support your claim? It sounds similar to my situation, my son is 3 and awaiting ASD assessment, non verbal. I only had speech & language reports & a report from the school SENDCO so I’m a bit worried I didn’t have enough evidence x

I am exactly the same as you the only extra evident I had was his EHCP. My scan date is the 1/07 so hoping to hear soon. When is your scan date?

I sent speech and language report,EYFS assessment level,EHCP,IBP,SENCO,Peadiatrician report,psychologist report,Secat pupils passeport,ISP, SEND and ASD diagnosis. Some other stuff too,in fact,photocopies of everything I had on my son needs.

Called again today but women was the same as others who have called today just said wait 20 weeks and then wait for letter, definitely depends on who picks up the phone on what day. Thank god they can't see how often you ring 🤣

Yes I did in the end to request a text again, but she said it’s still with someone and she will ask her to send me a text. I have called a few times to add lots of information, so maybe that’s why x

my S/D is 21/06 i called today and was awarded MRC. My daughter is 3, I sent nothing but a referral report for a ASD assessment, and got her nursery to fill out part of the form.

I haven’t had an EHCP yet, I think I did send a copy of his PIP from the school too, but I have a meeting with his support assistant and senco on Monday so hopefully I’ll get a report from them that I can add to it. My scan dates 26/07. Fingers crossed you’ll get yours soon as a lot are getting decisions from the end of June. Good luck, keep us updated 😊 x

Please may I ask your advice regarding scan dates? I've submitted a CoC to apply for mobility for my bub now that they've turned 5. I received a letter dated 24th October that says "thank you for your communication of 15/10/24". My forms were delivered on 15th so I'm not sure which date is my scan date, could anyone advise, please? I know that either way I'm in for a long wait to hear but I wish you all the best with your applications. Many thanks.

A while ago I had the one of the call handler saying they have seen I called recently. So I think every time they access your file it’s logged.

Just got a text to say ds 2 qualifies for dla scan date 24/6

I'm going to ring tomorrow, I think 2 days in a row might upset them 😆

I've only called once but tempted to call again. 15½ weeks (scan date 12/07)and seen some July claims awarded before June's. I don't get why they aren't done in order.

Mines the 19/06 and still not heard lol

It’s horrible isn’t it. Mine has been with a DM since yesterday and I’ve requested a text twice. I might call just before closing tonight
