Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month 💐

we currently in the early weeks of June for decision, please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

SD 29/07 - new claim

I’ve got 2 waiting!

Renewal scan date 6/08.
New claim dated 10/09.

I’m guessing (hoping) renewal will be done by the date current claim ends.

I’m not expecting the new claim before the new year though! 😩

SD 12/08 new claim not expecting to here till the new year either with current wait times :(

When does your renewal date end? I think they do all renewals literally before the end date 1-2 weeks before.

Scan date 12/07, rang today and was told it won’t even go to a decision maker until week 20 and then it’s with them for however long they take to decide 😭 wish they would all sing from the same hymn sheet

I wish they would stick to one script. I'm to scared to ring incase they push my claim to the back of the pile lol ill stick out the full 20 weeks and so insane in the process

Scan date 9/07. A little longer to wait. Hoping for a good outcome 🙏🙏

My sons was done a a few days after his claim end date.

3/7 scan date (new claim)

SD 13/06 originally but missed a small amount of information so re scanned 12/07 they said they go from 12/07 so I have ages to wait 😭🤣

MR date 30/05

SD 21/6 new claim.

I called yesterday to see if they had scanned on my additional evidence.

Asked for an update whilst on the phone and was told it is the queue for a decision maker but should hear in the next week.

17 weeks tomorrow. I did request the forms in November and waited until diagnosis was confirmed to send them in - wondering if the date we ordered the form has any impact at all or whether that is just wishful thinking!

I phoned this morning and was told COC are taking 25 weeks!
My scan date is 7/6, so potentially another 6 weeks!!

I am waiting for an MR too, hopefully you hear soon. Someone was awarded last week of May last week. Keep us posted x

does anyone know what times is best to ring up? Need to check if they received my additional evidence but I’ve been on hold for ages. I’ve give up

I called at 12:40 yesterday and the whole log was 16 minutes so try then!

Dead on 9am I'm straight through every time, I never call throughout the day as I know can be up to 2 hours to get through at times with loads always calling

S/D 12/07. Patiently waiting, new claim x

S/D 11/07, MR. Been told 15 weeks up until yesterday when I called (now on week 14) and was told to wait until the beginning of January as it’s now a 25 week wait 😩

Scan date 12/09 so I know I have a while to go but it really does help seeing others scan dates and when a decision was made. I was told middle of Jan but i recon it’ll be more Feb time!

I phoned this morning COC same as you scan date at top of pile but taking 20 weeks which is next week, honestly they say anything to just stop people from ringing

@Mummy335 renewal date is end of November so hoping done for then! If it’s done after do you get interim payments or does it just stop? @Addictedtococacola

It never affected payments. I only knew the dession was made after from the paperwork.
