Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month 💐

we currently in the early weeks of June for decision, please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

OMG just phoned up and been awarded HRM for my 3 year old on a COC scan date 7/06 honestly I just cried so much on the phone to the poor woman 😂 having it back dated from when he turned 3 in August and got 2 year award

Congrats, I have also just had text to say my child qualifies, COC scan date 11/06. Not sure on rates yet but will call today

Congratulations I know you have been waiting a long time. Can I ask what evidence you provide currently waiting for my 3 year old outcome? I am so happy for you honestly xx

So frustrated Monday was told it was with dm today they are saying its not with a dm and won't have a decision till 20 weeks. Why do they all say different it's the most frustrating thing ever

Opthalmologist assessment and referral to hospital eye service
That my son is a nursery but is in the inclusion funding part so he has he's own teacher in a class of 5 teachers and 4 students
ASD pathway acceptance letter
Not sure which way they have chosen as I went on great detail for SMI rule but my son walks around with his eyes closed and maps out his surrounding which is in all of the reports as he does it everywhere I don't know if they have gone the VUW because he walks around with his eyes closed

21/6 phoned and a decision was made yesterday. My son has been awarded MRC & LRM for 2 years.

I am so happy for him.

I only called yesterday to add more evidence and it was with a DM. I’ll call on Friday if I don’t hear. I did request a text which is on my notes but I’m not so confident on that now x

Morning i rang yesterday for update S/D 18/06/2024 they told me decision was made Thursday and could not tell me the decision on phone and to wait for letter. Still no payment so I am thinking my son has been declined ☹️😭 has anyone had decision the same time as me and got any back pay paid in?

My backdate payment was £2000.74 from 20th June I’m guessing that must be medium rate? Xx

My son got the HRC.I was so shaking my phone fell of my hand...I couldn't hear the end part of what the nice lady was saying.DS is asd diagnosed and non verbal he is 3 yrs old.Am over the moon.I was going to be very happy with MRC.I don't know about the mobility. I can't phone bck.will wait for the letter or payment xx.
It is hard to wait but it worth it

Scan date 24/6 rand for an update and. He would not tell me anything just said ur only 18 weeks you won’t hear anything until week 20 !! I then asked well is it with a dm just ignored the question and repeated wait till 20 weeks

Same happened to me last time but now,I just give them the date I requested the form I was put through. I am 18+3 and decision was made yesterday x

Oh no. I’m so sorry. Did they say why?

They told me to wait for the letter to see why.

i sent off so much evidence, 2x care plans etc.

im shocked she was turned down.

will do an mr as soon as I get the letter.

Sorry to hear about your child decline in the new claim. I understand this can be devastating news to hear. I am currently awaiting my outcome from MR, I am expected to hear around Christmas/new years. Unfortunately it really does depend on who desks you land on. Although my claim was COC, they decide to keep award at MRC and extend for further year. Even though so much has changed and evidence there to back it up. I know we will all get there in there end it’s just the wait that is draining. Please apply for MR and use the reasons given as your points to explain on. Sending lots of love xx
