Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month 💐

we currently in the early weeks of June for decision, please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Anyone had any updates today xx

I’m constantly checking Facebook groups and looks like a couple of lucky ones from July have been awarded but think they’re fully in June now. My scan date is later at 12/9 so I’m looking forward to seeing August dates so I know it’s getting there 😂 it really does help seeing what dates they’re on even if it does confuse me seeing a couple July get done but a lot from beginning of June still waiting! 😂

I’m also still wishful thinking, thinking July/August claims won’t be as busy as other months with it being summer holidays and some wanting to wait until their kids are back at school to get some evidence from school. I mean I’m probably completely wrong but I can only hope 🙃😂 I’m only 6 weeks in tomorrow and I must spend all day checking this thread and reading others posts on Facebook groups. It’s horrendous really 😂

Is it worth me phoning up for an update on a scan date of 22/07 or is it far too early? I'm losing my absolute mind here. I am struggling so much with my son and his care needs, my husband has to work nights so he's never around to help, and if our son is lucky enough to get mrc then my husband would be able to stay home and be his Carer, which would be life changing, because I haven't got the strength to restrain my son when he gets violent etc, whereas my husband has and he can calm a situation much quicker than I can. Every day I'm counting down the days and it's all I can think about, but I don't know if it's even worth phoning at 13 weeks?

I would be doing the same if I was on social media! Keep up the detective work haha I will let you guys know what the outcome is when I know! Not sure how long it stays with the decision maker xxx

Never hurts to call. I thought I was 13/06 but found out yesterday they're actually calling it from 17/07 and I've already called 3 times 🤣🤣 they said my 20 weeks is 4th December so am not holding hope for soon anymore. They originally told me Halloween 🤣😭

Was told yesterday I was next in line for my decision maker, on hold now to see if there’s an update. Do we reckon the person on the phone today will say something completely different? 😂😅

Probably I rang this morning and they said they are unable to see where it is in the queue or if it is with DM can only see that I have put in a claim and it won’t update until it’s been accepted or declined
so I don’t know what crap they been feeding me this whole time

I know it’s dreadful and I can’t tell as the ones who I think are going to be really helpful are not and the ones that seem to have a bit of a attitude seem ok
but one of them is full of crap or they both are

But he did say “I always get nervous when people say I’m next in the Que to see a decision maker because we have no way of seeing that” however they must do? Because yesterday I was told I’m next and today I’m with a decision maker. So confusing

just got a text saying my child qualifies for DLA and il recieved the letter in 2 weeks 🎉.. hoping ppl on my timeline hear in the next few days .. good luck ladies & gents x
