@Fee89 @MissBeck @Garfield456 I'm updating my complaint now.. I think the breaking point for me was being told on Friday that decision will be done by Tuesday this week, and today I have been told wait for another 2-3 weeks. I can't really blame the phone holders as they e-mailing, putting down the notes to the case manager to chase this case up, but nothing have been done and who knows if it will in 2 weeks. I have been so patient and understanding, but I could clearly see that my boys claim have been ignored, and when it reached 20 weeks mark and I started to call, only then they started to do something about it. I'm extremely upset to thar case manager who 6 weeks ago promised to do everything to sort it out ..asked me wait for another 6 weeks.. and now expecting me be very understanding and wait for another 2-3 weeks. The whole f.... year will pass by (sorry for my language) but I'm extremely pissed of now. And there's zero compassion or empathy to the fact why they ask me to wait for longer.
