Just a little update as I know these are the things I was interested to know before we got awarded:

SD: 15/02/2024

• my case went to a DM 24/05
• received text "we're still looking at your case" 31/05
• awarded a week later 7/06
• back pay in bank account 11/06

I am hoping to hear soon 🙏
Our scan date was in February, sent birth certificate which was received. Had another letter on the 27 February and a text on the 31st May! It's been a long wait...

I think I no what part you mean.. think I crossed no as I thought they sent a different form out lol silly me.. thank you I no now 🫣🤣

Surely they have made a decision now after texting 31/5. The post above this was text the same date too and now been paid. Maybe check your bank to see if payment has gone in before your award letter? X

I hope I get a update today for my son, seems like everyone around my time scale has got decisions and I’m still waiting, fingers crossed scan date 12/02

Another day another phone call…. More helpful person today. His exact word “oh that should have been done by now” should be by end of week. If not to ring back Friday and I will email the DM.

Yes even though u have had a set reward they can review it an change it at anytime now wether it's a new thing they do or not but the done it to my partner who receives pip x

Which I think is so wrong when u have no change of circumstances x I would definitely Mr it though I wouldn't leave it if I was u hun x

I have seen this happen a few times. I think particularly now, with the government changing / looking at the whole benefit system, they are reviewing older claims that are on HRC / HRM to reassess. It must be such a shock for people

So I called Dla and it said my decision was made two days ago and to be put through to hear what I've been awarded. AND THEN THE PHONE CUT OUT!!! does this mean I've been awarded? Still no payment yet. I'm trying to call back but in a long queue

my daughter scan date is the 27th feb 15 weeks have gone now still now decision

I have same scan date 27th Feb I’ve just called they said it should be going to the decision marker by the end of the week.

I think it will be a few weeks yet for my sons it all depends on how many cases are in the decision makers desk.

😂 he sounds like the person I got when I called at 15 weeks 5 days, he said the same thing to me, he emailed the dm and my decision was made the next day, good luck, I hope your not waiting much longer

My scan date is the 20th I’m debating calling today 😂

went to dm last Thursday at lunch time just called and been awarded MRC and LRM
back pay should be in today or tomorrow !

please does anybody have an idea of how long COC are taking? As I got two letters one stating 15 weeks from date called & requested and another stating 11 weeks from when they recieved my form so scan date. Does the 15 weeks start from date scanned?
