Scan date 21/02. So on the 15 week mark now. Called this morning-went through more than usual security questions to be told about the 20 weeks and he couldn’t tell me if it was with a DM or not. Nice guy just not helpful. Asked if it was with a DM and he said he doesn’t have that information. Juts gonna hold out till next week.
He did ask about my bank details-it this just a standard question for all or am I being hopeful in the fact that he asked because its being awarded?

I've had them ask me my bank details a few times now, I think it's just part of their standard security questions

Congratulations 🎉

Congrats 🙌🏻
such a relief for you.

Did you call up before this or was it your first time?

I'm scared they are tracking me calling and don't know whether to call today (although.. I will😅🤣)

Call as many time as your want 😂 we’ve waited long enough for a decision so if we want to call to find out then I think it’s only right

Edited

Yeah, I've seen many different versions, some with a slightly different postcodes, so I plumped for the one I posted and crossed my fingers. 😂I did receive a letter saying they had received it, so was relieved by that.

I also put 'FAO New Claims Department' as well, to make sure they knew it was a new claim.

I was going to wait but my husband said to call and see. I’m hoping it’s soon though. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you !! 🤞🏼

Thank you and you too, hopefully it won’t be to much longer 🤞

Ljstar · 07/06/2024 12:24

@Crazyhouse4 they did say they would text me when a decision has been made but I don't know if I trust them

Didn't want to have to wait another weekend but it's looking like that

I hope and pray it gets there I just paid £12 delivery and didn’t take any pics of anything I wrote and sent an original referral letter😬 at least I have a reason to call now for the first time without being shouted at 😆

MissBeck · 07/06/2024 12:33

@ArtfulJoker 😂Yeah, I haven't called yet, too early, I'm 16/04 and probably won't ever after reading these threads! 😂

Accbabymom1994 · 07/06/2024 12:34

I'm probably gonna call when I'm 15 weeks now just so they don't fob me off

MissBeck · 07/06/2024 12:40

I can get pretty snappy really quickly, so I know if I called and got a jobsworth I'd go up like a bottle of pop, and probably get barred from calling again! 😂

Its what some need. Honestly the way some speak to people is shocking. And they say they dont accept abuse but okay for us to get it. Some need reminding they are dealing with childrens claims and its not acceptable. I do find the men more understanding when calling up and needing help.

Fee89 · 07/06/2024 13:00

@Matilde08 Happy birthday to your boy 🥳. Let your hair down and enjoy the party 💖

Crazyhouse4 · 07/06/2024 13:34

@Crazyhouse4 congratulations!

I’ve just called and they have her application received on the 22.05 and it’s in holding until they can upload it or something, looking at the 4th September for a DM to look at her claim.

Thank you, the award I just received was for my eldest daughter 😆
So glad you finally received your scan date and don’t have to fill the forms out again, your scan date is the day after my youngest daughters, so we’re in for a long wait together
