@wonderfullife1 28.02 so will be 15 weeks next wed.

Same date has ours. I rang up Monday and it wasnt really clear, all very wishy washy

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:30

@wonderfullife1 Aw great, hopefully we both hear soon. They shouldnt say it's being looked at if it's not as we then think its nearly done so end up on edge all week waiting for the outcome.

I was told on monday my claim was with a dm, been told today it isnt even with a dm yet. Not sure why we all get told something different each time we ring.

My scan date is 15/02 , I have called a few times for updates told like you it’s with a DM but my last call was told not with a DM yet , was told 10-12 weeks wait from scan then it was 15 weeks , 3 calls I was told with a DM then last Friday I was told not with a DM yet but deadline is next Thursday ( meaning yesterday ) , still no text or letters letting us know the DM has decided ( have a friend looking after cats while we are away checking my post for me ) … anyone else have scan date 15th feb and still waiting ? I got a bad feeling no news actually means bad news and I will have to fight this.

Congratulations 🎊 I'm also 22/03, was yours a new claim and did you ask for Prior. Xx

Was a new claim . I rang back they put me through too Birmingham office that told me everything. The letters are sent out 2nd class take ten days too arrive . I hooe you get good news soon x

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:45

@SendProsecco I think you get a payment before a letter and from what i have seen some people get a text and some dont.

Ljstar · 07/06/2024 09:48

@SendProsecco

I'm 15/2. Rang loads of times, they usually tell me anywhere up to 20 weeks.

I think the same, because there are so many dates after my date being awarded, it makes me think something is wrong with the claim

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:50

@Ljstar are you ringing the long way ( 523) it is meant to be better and you get told a bit more info.

Yes this is the way I called yesterday, the guy was really nice but he said they're "trying" to get claims processed within 17 weeks

I was on hold for about 35 mins

i'm in a&e with my son at the min, so prob not calling today. Fingers crossed for next week 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:52

I got asked more security questions today as well compared to earlier in the week so thought i was going to get a decision 😂

yes I thought the same. I was asked different security questions yesterday and I thought ohh they're going to say a decision has been made..

Nope. Silly me
😅🤣🤣

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:56

@wonderfullife1 No it doesnt look like it

Garfield456 · 07/06/2024 09:56

Maybe we all got the same call handler 😂

Ljstar · 07/06/2024 09:58

@wonderfullife1 @Garfield456
Thank you both so much

He has a really scary rash all over his body, it's just not going away 😩
He has been off school all week, as the school sent him home.

I'm sure he's fine but so scary

CaitlinAmy12 · 07/06/2024 10:08

Scan date 16/02, called today and was told the same as Monday that it’s with the DM but it’s been there for 2 weeks so far , he said I should find out soon 🙃

CyanFawn · 07/06/2024 10:09

There's literally no reason with award dates is there...even when you're trying to estimate when you should know, you can't as there's people still waiting for middle of Feb but then beginning and end of March decisions being made 🙃

My scan dates 02/04 so just gone 9 weeks and had 2 letters, and probably another 10 weeks or so bu the looks of it which i dont mind, i wonder if it goes by area/where your forms are sent for decision maker 🤔

Izzypri · 07/06/2024 10:12

Anyone rang today? I'm too scared to ring 😂 was told it was with a decision maker when I rang a few weeks ago to ask if they'd received the extra evidence, then last week I rang to make sure bank details were okay and the lady said it hadn't been registered yet on the system, no clue what she meant by that my scan date is 14/02 🤦‍♀️

My scan date 20/02 getting so anxious now, do you think they can see when we've last called on their screen? I don't want to keep ringing everyday but my anxiety and impatience is getting the best of me 🙈😂

SD 20/2 for COC, I’ve got a back payment pending in my account today, but it looks like they’ve given HRC but not HRM - I supplied letters from multiple people saying he cannot get anywhere on foot without constantly stopping for a rest, going off in the wrong direction, etc. I’ll do a MR but not sure what other evidence I can give
