i knew as soon as I rang and she was asking me security questions and she asked me what bank it would be being paid into as I have seen it on here, some people have been told a decision has been made but not what rate. Luckily the lady I spoke to told me everything even how much I was being back payed. I’d definitely ring at some point today and hopefully you get some good news, I called around 12 and was only waiting for someone to answer for 5/10 mins x

I was asked what bank it will be being paid into when I rang up yesterday but was told its still with the dm.
Tbh I think I got someone who really didnt want to give me any information and just wanted me off the phone ASAP lol

What's it priority claim?

My scan date was march 22nd and I recieved a text today saying my daughter qualified and a letter is in the post I should recieve it in ten days . I then phoned up and asked what rate she was on and they refused too tell me anything about the claim over the phone . Has anyone else rang and asked and been told no ? Strange

You called yesterday? Phone lines don't open until 9am. Call at 9am, say that UC have said they need to know the award so they can start processing the disabled child element, can they please let you know what it is.

Her post was on a different thread yesterday so I directed her here, this message was from yesterday I think she just copied it x

No they said normal new claim, was on Facebook

That makes sense, i thought it must have been yesterday otherwise she's spoken to someone else lol

I'm not calling till 15 weeks as heard to many horror stories

I was told on monday my claim was with a dm, been told today it isnt even with a dm yet. Not sure why we all get told something different each time we ring.
