DLA wait time thread 43

It’s possible then it was scanned the same day as it was received, I’d maybe call back though and ask for the scan date(even if it is the same) or you could just wait for your letter to confirm. Waiting times currently some people are being told 15-18 weeks(like me) and others are being told 20 weeks.
it’s hit and miss really but I think most are calling for updates around 15-16 week mark x

I keep worrying my 3 year old girl is going to be declined even though I sent in a stack of evidence alongside her application for DLA worried she might not get it due to her being 3, I’ll be calling them back by next Friday to see if they have received it and scanned it on. Worried sick

I can't wait to call tomorrow and get an update hopefully with a DM now 15 weeks tomorrow 🤞

Urghh just phoned and wish I hadn’t :( was told last week it was with a DM now I’m being told it’s not with a DM yet and to call back next week😩

I got awarded this morning, my scan date was 06/02 my son got HRC and HRM. The weight that’s lifted off my shoulders is mental. Having to stop work to care for my son and now I know I can pay rent in a weeks time. I’m sitting here crying! Good luck to everyone that’s around these dates this week x

Honestly ladies I could piss glitter. Rang this morning to check if birth certificate was scanned on they recieved it Friday morning. Recieved the txt ur child qualifies whilst waiting so stayed on hold fir rates. My little girl has been awarded hrc until 2026. Thankyou to everyone in this group for being so supportive. I know I don't comment much but u have kept me sane. I hope everyone of you who is still waiting gets what your little ones deserve. scan date 31/1

So tempted to ring for an update but then I called last thing Friday & was told it's with a DM. So thinking I should at least give them until around 2pm today. But then if they work weekends there might be an update! 😂😂 Why do I do this to myself?!! Xx
