Congratulations, what date did you call for the forms? Or did you print them off and send them?

hey everyone my daughter gets mrc ive just recieved the forms for the mobility as she turns 5 in september does anyone know if i jist fill out the mobility side of it or do i need to fill out the whole of the form xx

I think it’s more 15-20 weeks wait only seeing end of January claims being done I’m on week 15 hoping to have it with desion maker next week 🤞

Just the mobility part. I do think it should be 2 sep forms as it confuses alot of people x

I’ve just done the same scan date is 16/04. If you feel your child’s needs care wise haven’t change then you can tick to say they’ve stayed the same and just fill mobility part out- that’s what I’ve done…but like @Fee89 said, it really should be 2 separate forms as can be confusing x

I'm still waiting too. Scan date was 30/1. I'm so stressed. Can no longer get into work because of my son's needs so am on unpaid leave and am now getting harassed by UC. Have a meeting with them on Monday. Really need a decision soon. 😭

@Eva1987 I'm still waiting 31/1 they received my daughters b.c this morning which was only requested wed which has really bugged me because iv rang 4 times before and never been told to send it. Gonna ring them Monday to check if on system

SD 01/02 fingers crossed not long now

Well that was an unexpected call rang to check on daughters MR as lady said 2 weeks ago call back after 14th as its then been 8 weeks so called today and lady said oh its been over 8 weeks with no decision let me pass you over to dispute team lovely man answered he was one of the decision makers he said its still wait to be passed to a decision maker and they are takeing 15weeks at moment so looking at middle of june but he was apologising over and over for how long it is takeing and said he is trying to push them along

Called this morning, spoke to a lovely lovely man who said that my daughters claim is not with a decision maker as yet and was told about the 20 week wait. My other evidence has been scanned on thankfully so not all bad.

Scan date 5 Feb

This is what annoys me and i think everyone else. You get told 8 weeks. Okay thank you. You get that 8 weeks in your head to then reach that point and be told nope add another 7 weeks extra. Just send out a text at 6/7 weeks and let people know its taking longer than expected. We like to be kept in the loop 😬

I’m 25/1 and called yesterday just before closing, it’s been with a DM since Monday, we were awarded MRC till 2026 for my son who is 3 in July, he is diagnosed ASD and has seizures. I do believe we are qualified for HRC but since it’s only 18months till renewal forms I just don’t have the energy to fight! Good luck everyone else waiting, this last week has drove me nuts with anxiety waiting.

Congratulations. I was like that, was going to leave doing an MR but when i got the letter and saw that they said no night care and she doesnt need to be supervised for mobility i got angry and typed up a letter 🤦🏻‍♀️. For me night time is where she has most the care and during the day she is supervised at all times x

7/2 called today as had miss call from private number and just wanted to check it wasn't from DLA. Nope, still in holding queue and should go to DM next week. Didn't catch the name of who I spoke to, but the security questions he asked made me feel uncomfortable, he asked for a previous address, completely irrelevant to the claim. I've lived here 10 years and my son who I'm claiming for has lived here his entire life.

They asked the same thing the beginning of the week. I found it strange too

Hopefully, they won't want it from me. I don't have the letter of request birth certificate

@Eva1987 I never recieved a letter either I'd rang them 4 times previous and the 5th call the I was told it was on system that a letter should of been requesting birth certificate but was never sent. There an absolute joke

I called them on Wednesday, no one mentioned anything to me. So I hope it stays that way.
