Scan date 15/12.

i was just thinking if there’s a gap in scan dates over Christmas that they will be working at 15 weeks instead of 16 week, I think I’ve seen 21/12 then nothing til 27/12

@Bossofthehouse Do they not close from 23rd to 26th so would be a 3 day short fall. I never understand the system they work at same with pip 🤦🏻‍♀️. What is your scan date? X

Have completed the Mandatory review form and posted this morning. Have sent additional statements.

Just spoken to them. Still no news. He said they still haven’t linked the national insurance number but it should be sorted in the next week. If not call back next Friday xx

@Bossofthehouse I have just seen on facebook 20th & 22nd awarded via text. Both recieved text on 3rd April stating still being looked at and text for award this morning. Hopefully helps anyone else still waiting for December x

So after hearing my form was with a DM on Wednesday I called today to be told it isn’t with a DM but still in a holding pile 28/12 she said they are taking 16 weeks to go to DM and then 5-10 from there. Who knows what’s true anymore

I got told 2 weeks ago it was with DM, then a few days later it wasn't, then Wednesday told it was again, scan date 19/12

Just got off the phone, shortest I've ever been on hold 15minutes haha! They said it's still with DM and being worked on so decision anyday now. Atleast it's been seen cos on Wednesday it hadn't been looked at.

Oh great news that its being worked on. Have you put down to get a text? Eekk hopefully early next week and your wait is over x

I asked about a text they said not all DMS have access to send a text

Heya. I don’t plan on calling anymore till child benefit is sorted, i have no hope will move along until I’m awarded child benefit. I did the application again yesterday, I’ll call next week and see if I have to do it a third time like @Emmajm85 😩.

I called this morning, a lady answered and said a decision had been made but she couldn’t tell me anything, just kept saying i would get a letter within 10 days so I took this as a decline because it’s been looking like if your awarded they will tell you.
Decided to call again to check and a man answered and said it was with a DM and had a pending status and could take upto 4 weeks but would put a note to ask to hurry it and then they would send out a letter, I asked if that just meant it was a decline and he said no but we can’t see decisions due to data protection.
The lady who answered first asked absolutely loads of security questions but the man asked my name and contact number and my daughters name and address, but not the reference number. Also my daughters surname is not a common one and I am always asked how to spell it, so I am not sure if he looked unless it’s connected to your phone number somehow.
More confused now then I was before the call 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Fee89 aaawww, that’s a good boy! My dog is a total pain, if he was a kid I would be entitled to DLA too, definitely high demand. I need to sleep too 😭

Ring back up they can tell you decisions awards etc over the phone I found everything out when mine was made through a phone call still waiting for letter 8 days on x

I wouldn't take it as a decline, the last time I called to see if my daughter was awarded/declined the first lady said case was closed so I was like how can it be closed its either a decline or an award! I got transferred to someone else and she then told me my daughter was awarded and had no clue why I was told case closed by the first lady. Xx

@Tonial Ring back but dont select the new claims option. It is a longer way but they will give you more info. State you have been a decision has been made and you want to know the outcome x
