The guy today told me it’s not with a case manager yet but should be by the end of next week so nothing to report yet

Kinda gutted I've made myself busy all day so I can't ring x

Scan date 22/12 spoke to the lovely Helen who told me it's on the DM desk but the files not open on the systems yet so not being actioned at this very moment. She said if for instance they're given 10 in a pile obviously the top one will get actioned first and so on, so if you ring back Monday we will probably have the answer by then. At least I'm not going backwards in the system anymore 😂@Jadexxx92 are you not calling today? Hopefully by Monday we'll know what the outcome is xx

Oh just seen this. If you spoke to someone else they'd probably tell you something different anyway x

Iv just called. 31.01. She said its with a decision maker but couldnt tell me when it went. I called wednesday and it wasnt. She said to give it 2 weeks...... taken with a pinch of salt x

I can't get through this morning, it won't accept that I pressed one then carries on in another language and then cuts off 😂
I got past that bit at 9am but stupidly pressed for Scotland and realised I messed up. Has anyone else got through?

Phoned this AM and told its with a CM, went over to them 09/04.

I was told 22/03 it was with a DM, so guessing they must be different??

She was lovely and put a note on the system to text without me asking.

Hoping something will come by the end of this month! I was OK the first 12 weeks, but since feels like forever 😵‍💫

I think CM and DM are the same? Might be wrong! But I was told the same things around the on same dates as you. Hopefully not long now 🤞 xx

I spoke to a lady yesterday and she said she will put a note on the system to text when a decision has been made. But now I wish I never agreed because I’m checking my phone like mad now 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 did anyone ask for a text and not get one?? And had to call to check? Honestly so anxious now. Whatever the outcome is I just need to know my over anxious brain can’t deal with uncertainty! x

I was wondering if there is a week gap in the December scan dates from them being closed over Christmas? Has anyone got a Christmas week scan date?

@Bossofthehouse I have seen dates from 28th Dec be awarded this week x

Literally 😂 on a good night I'm lucky to get a full 2hours 🙈 honestly I'm exhausted, hoildays are the worst as I can't get a nap 😴 xx
