How quick Is further evidence scanned on there system ? I sent Friday recorded delivery.

Mine was scanned on the day they received it.

@TiredTilly the lady said still waiting on ref number but it will be very soon I asked if it's with a DM she said yes there is a decision but can't move forward without the number x

Did that by mistake this morning. I was told thry don't give info out about existing claims, they only send out new claim forms...such a lie but hey ho x

definitely a lie I’ve just spoken to someone on that number and they have me more in-depth info than I’ve ever had

I've tried this twice this morning they answered straight away but said they can't give me any information on new claims🤦🏻‍♀️

I rang and did that last night and got someone who didn't know very much so rang this morning and mistakenly did 512 again and that's what he said. He was having none of it and I need to redial 😡😡 fuming lol x

I sent in some paperwork to support my daughters claim they recieved it this morning just before 6.30 but its not been scanned on to the system yet, does anyone know how long this usually takes? I did ask if there was any update on the claim, I just got a very stern no! felt like I was being told no for being naughty at school, didn't dare ask her to check 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Hi long time lurker iv just called as not heard anything since sending off form spoke to someone who couldn’t find my application then found it told was with a dm but couldn’t tell me wen it went to 1 then told me could be a decision tomorrow and received a payment in the half term scan date 8/1 called for forms 11/12/23

my son was put down the access pathway and the panel suggested that an intellectual disability assessment should be completed. It’s funded so they have to wait for the funding to be approved etc. my son had it done with a highly specialist clinical psychologist through the child and adolescent mental health service. We waited 4 months for the assessment to take place. Hope this helps x

I'm getting nervous now as mine scan date is 04/01 x

I'm 8/1 too! He was alot more honest then alot of the others!!
Why would he tell you when you'd expect to receive your payment if a decision hasn't been made yet?
But still makes me feel anxious it's same scan date as me. I called beginning of last week to update a appointment we have and it was still in the holding queue, we have the appointment next week so I'll be ringing to update that. Praying it's with a DM then x

Been with new claim case manager for 3 weeks but I have no idea if that's the same as decision maker? Does anyone know?

What options is everyone using to get through? I tried the 512 and got told they don't give updates

I know I’m so nervous as everyone else said there’s have been 16+ weeks mine just over 11 weeks he was the second person I spoke to as I couldn’t hear the 1st but he also said it was with a decision maker

Just followed the instructions not sure wat numbers I pressed but got through both times in minutes

Scan date 15/12, woman answered and was lovely, she said my scan date is 19/12 even though letter state 15th so confused. She said it's due to be with a CM by the 2nd week of April and roughly a decision by the end of April. But when I called last week they said decision by the 17th April, get told different everytime lol

Scan date 26/1, I just called to see if they’d received my extra evidence id sent a few weeks ago, they have. But whilst I was waiting there was a recorded message that said to expect a decision by end of April… is that what it says for everyone or is it based off your phone number? X

so just phoned to get some information sorted. We were awarded today! MRC and when he turns 5 which is a week today he will also get LRM. Scan date 5/12. Fingers crossed everyone gets a decision soon.
