Hi, quick question if you lovely lot are able to answer, I sent off an application on 28th February, not heard a peep, when are they supposed to acknowledge receiving the application? It felt uncomfortable just sending a huge envelope with free post on 😬 thanks in advance.

Just off the phone and was told " some time April " 😴🤣 I said I was told when I last rang it was with a decision maker, and he said it's not, we've a lot of new people he could have read it wrong, it's still in a holding pile hahaha I'm actually never ringing again their heads are away ffs

What’s ur scan date, I don’t think the call handlers understand how frustrating the wait actually is and for the decision makers to be so far behind it’s worse than the delay during covid

When they told you it was with a dm before, did they give u a date it went to them?
They gave me a date, now Im worried they will say the same to me. If they dont hang up that is 😂

I've just got of the phone still waiting on the reference number but they have got it down as top priority he also said I see you've phoned quiet a few times 😂😂

@Mummyto5beautys 12/12 only rang cus I was told it was with a DM, now according to him, it's not 🤣 I'm actually not calling again it's a joke to be told so many different things, I wasn't even expecting a decision, just to be reassured it was actually with someone, and it isn't.

They seem to just say anything to get off the phone as fast as they can I think Iv only ever come across one loverly lady who took her time to check everything and even looked at the latest update to when claims will be done

Phoned this morning to see if they have received my extra evidence. They haven’t. Sent it first class, should have sent it next day recorded 🙄 but the lovely man on the phone said it is with the DM and I will get a decision this week. I’m 16 weeks Tuesday. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Just got through to them and they said it's currently being looked at with decision manager and can't give me a time frame of how long that will be

Also for everyone who's on hold for ages, I have never been on hold I always get through? Option 5 then option 1 (new claim) then option 2? Unless it's different call handlers in different parts of the UK- just thought I'd help anyone else who is always stuck waiting

Only an hour and 5 on hold 🙄 the man seemed lovely but said as far as he's aware he believes they are up to the 4th December, im still in a holding pile so I should hear by next week 🤣 obviously I believe none of that 🤦🏻‍♀️
