I had this exact same thing Saturday and didn't get a call back in calling today to see if it actually was them xx

Have you had any updates about what stage you are at? Is it common for them to even call?I’ve patiently/anxiously waited, . So could be right at the beginning or with DM who knows 😫Good luck getting through x

Just called for an update, he said my sons birth certificate had been scanned but was waiting to be authorised and would hear by 25th April

I hope you’re all doing well. I missed a phone call from DWP, but upon calling back, I was informed that if they required further information, they would reach out again. However, one week later, I received letters requesting my passport and two proofs of address. Just to let you know, my application form was submitted on January 12th, 2024.

I have just spoken to someone scan date 27.12 they said it will be with a decision maker by mid April and decision by the start of May

@CornishMama2 mines was apparently with a DM last week too but I really don't think it means anything anymore, he'll be grown up and moved out 😂
