Apparently mines going to a cm next week 🤷‍♀️ but can guarentee when I phone next week they will say September

I have same scan date and last Friday they said it wasn’t with DM and would take another 2-3 weeks to go to DM then 2-4 weeks after that for a decision so I just thought I’ll forget about it for a few weeks. Then yesterday I checked my bank and had pending DLA payment so things do move fast, or these people on the phone just have no idea where things are and make it up. I rang this morning and awarded HRC until Dec 2025. Good Luck I hope your not waiting too much longer x

Just got off the phone they’ve said all those mid December should expect to hear by mid-end of April. They say something different each time as last person I spoke to said may

I have just called for an update and they said a text was sent out at 12.35 but I never received a text! They said there was no info on there yet as it was too early….is this normal as I don’t know whether I believe him, especially as I never received a text!

@kristie198 i rang 🙄 still no decision on the 23/11 claim it should apparently be today or tomorrow, and the 1/12 claim was with a decision maker yesterday but isn’t with a decision maker today and should be with one by 15th April because Christmas and new year has delayed claims by 2 weeks 😂

I wonder if they have a list of excuses to read from and when they say they’re just making a note in your file, they’re just writing down the excuse they’ve used 😂, I do appreciate the call handlers though they bear the brunt of people anger through other people’s incompetence

not ringing again today was dosent get picked up till 16/20 weeks of the dm and than can take another 4 weeks for a decision the wait is dreadful good luck everyone and congratulations on all that have been awarded

Just called ive been awarded HRC till october 2025 .. my scan date was 01/12.

Will i qualify for disability premium on UC, i work so cant get carers allowance ? Does anyone know the rate of this?

Was on hold for 1 hour and 15mins. Was very lovely lady who said it’s still in stow where they are waiting for NI number. She said applications are not seen by DM before getting a NI number which makes sense really. If you have CL in the beginning of your reference number you are looking at 20 weeks plus. The rest is 16 weeks.

How do they get NI insurance numbers for children?
I didn’t put mine on the form. I also don’t claim Child benefit.

I'm the same don't get child benefit but apparently they send of for one to be allocated x

No child benefit here either. Didn’t know I was eligible 😬. They wait for HMRC to create one. Which can take up to 6 weeks

I didn't know I was eligible either as I always thought they put a cap on it for your 3rd child but that's child tax credits so I've added her to my previous child benefit claim
