Started this thread to help people pass the time and also communicate time frames and outcomes going through the process of a MR

This is what I got? Doesnt seem to fit with anything anyone else has said.

@mrsclarke89 I haven't received a text at all about my MR, I am at week 6 on Monday, it would be so much easier if everyone at least received the same information.

Totally agree. Or at least the same information. I was told 11 weeks on phone and then got that text? Meh.

MR submitted 21st Feb so next week is week 8. Called today for an update and the lady wouldn’t tell me if it was with a DM or not, she said all I can say it is with the right team and if you haven’t heard by the end of week 8, call us back. Is anyone else finding them very cryptic?!

it’s inconsistent, some if the new staff don’t know what’s going on - they think MR takes as long as new claims, I’ve seen a couple of people get news around week 9, next week is week 8 for us too, so let’s see what happens and hopefully we can get some updates from others in this group too.

It’s the inconsistency in everything that actually causes every one to keep ringing as you end up so confused! Even the reason we are doing a MR is the inconsistency, received LRC only for eldest and MRC and LRM for other 2 with same conditions but our eldest has the same care needs if not more that the other 2, especially when taking her age in to consideration! Makes no sense at all, sometimes feels like they don’t even read what is sent in!

I received first letter today, saying the MR could take up to 15 weeks! I’m 8 weeks this coming week

Me too! I feel like they are sending out the same letter whether it is a new claim or MR!

Looks like a few of us are gonna be close to decisions soon fingers crossed 🤞

Surely it’s not 15 weeks from the letter? But when the MR started?

Have you heard anything yet as you’re ahead of people waiting on a decision in terms of MR date being received ?

Ringing this morning for update currently on hold as week 9 this week fingers crossed 🤞 got funny feeling they already declined as no pending payments if no decisions made will not ring again til Friday 😜 if I can wait that long or possibly Wednesday n Friday 😀

Someone still waiting on decision and their MR scan date was 1/2 hope you get a decision today is this like your fifth call 😂 x

@Jonesy0102 yh most probably haven't made 1 anyway & god knows think I've atleast rang once every week lol x

Ah so you got through already and they said no decision were week 8 today are you 9 or ten now x

We got the dreaded letter about 15 weeks was sent out 42 days after the MR scan date like yours x

@Jonesy0102 literally guy just answered he was about to look at the claim & the phone went down so now got to re dial ffs 🙄

@Jonesy0102 got through waste time said taking q4 weeks so will hear by 14th June and they both still in a holding que so abslaoutly piss take at this stage lol x

They actually transfered me over to a decision maker n they ones who told me that info x

I’d of said you’re a decision maker can we do them them now weren’t you told recently yours was in DM queue x
