Started this thread to help people pass the time and also communicate time frames and outcomes going through the process of a MR

@Jonesy0102 yh I will do but doubt they will do anything about it x

My daughter is 2 1/2 she got 18 months she should get it till her fifth birthday x

If they don’t mention tribunal before you put phone the down if DM rings and they’ll ring back to negotiate I saw some one else do that they treat it as like a poker game to see if you fold or carry on 😉 x

Now it's close to a decision I'm very nervous expecting to both be unsuccessful fingers crossed they ain't

I feel that mine must have been declined as its been this long, it'll be 13 weeks friday. At 11 and 12 weeks there hadn't been a decision when i called.

@4outof4 13 Weeks - for goodness sake - how is it so inconsistent?

I rang again today and apparently they have new staff and had put the wrong scan dates on my mr x 2 .. As the man said it was scanned on 16th but new members of staff put 27th so had to change it back to 16th which makes it week 8 and said he has pushed the mrs over to DM so it will be in there hands probably tumorrow if I didn't ring I would be waiting extra 2 weeks if that makes sense so becareful as new members of staff don't no what they are doing x

@mummytooneboy1 I'm sure someone said on here that they go to a new DM at 8 weeks which will give you plenty of time to send further evidence in (if you need to) I'm at week 5 this week so haven't contacted them yet, I'm sure others have, good luck with your mr x

Just got 2 letter through saying taking up to 15 weeks sorry we haven't made a decision 😅 😬 ffs

And I'm week 8 x

It's very inconsistent isn't it. It's rare I can call during opening times so I'm just waiting it out now. Expecting a decline letter every day at the moment, but with the evidence I have sent it really shouldn't be.

Just done the tribunal claim! I’m really hoping DWP contact me before, they have until 15th may to reply! Knowing my luck they will let the tribunal go ahead!

I had a decision from the MR at 9weeks 2days, I also received a letter the week before saying it will take 15weeks!

They’ve sent that out 42 days after scan date which means mine should be on its way you’d think when you’d rang up they’d tell you they’d sent a letter out x

@Jonesy0102 yes you will probably receive 1 also it better not take 15 weeks waited to long as it is lol x

Didn’t you receive a letter a few weeks after you sent MR to confirm they had it I didn’t get one of those letters x
