Started this thread to help people pass the time and also communicate time frames and outcomes going through the process of a MR

Oh I feel u 💯 well at the end of the day your going to be frustrated fighting for Your child runs a different kinda sensation thru the body! U shouldn’t feel the need to beg yet that’s what I feel we’re having to do 😓 it’s exhausting! Need a chat private message mee 🙂 there’s not many people who understand our situation x

Decision maker called me Thursday said she would probably sort it out that day, I'm assuming since I've not had anything it was refused. My blood is boiling as I've just had to ask him when the last time he drank any liquid was. I think it might just be a teen adhd mum thing

I won! They paid back pay in today!

Did an mr 16 the April decision maker has just rang me asked me a few questions just wondering if anyone has had the same ?and how long did it take till they made there decision?

My scan date was 15th I had a call Thursday last week and not had a word since. Sounds wrong I'm havin anxiety attacks waiting for the post woman every day

I've got asd and adhd so my moral yeah but no thing is over stimulated aswell as my mum who is my only support being 200 miles away look after my auntie on palative care my brain is to over stimulated to deal with any of the tripe, I've had other people's wrong personal opinions affect my house before without them knowing it matters

I want to phone up and find out what is going on but if I had the actual time to sit on hold it would be amazing.

Do it I have i rang the mr and they said a decision has been made wouldn’t tell me so I rang back and they told me I have won I feel so relieved i hope you get the news your hoping for fingers are crossed for you

Alot of it goes on verbiage and language used in the application and the reports, so we had it as DS is severely arrested development with slow, limited progress which is looking very likely to never improve, he will always be atleast 5/6 years behind, we backed this up with several Echps with the outcomes being almost the same each year, 3 pead reports saying similar - behaviour has worsened, cognitive state is still severely delayed, hospital records from physio for dyspraxia and hypermobility, speech reports for echolila, we just hit them with all the paperwork and wrote about how it showed several aspects of temperament, impairment and his supervison needs

Well done to you ! Honestly it gives me a little hope I just don’t have that many reports just paediatrician gp speech and language and portage . Fingers tightly crossed for me please Xx

I got my denial of MR letter today, I was expecting it to be honest but none of the reasons are consistent to fact. I knew this morning I would get the letter today for comedy value since my auntie died over night

Hi all I've just phoned DLA for update on mandatory reconsideration as it's 15 week today they said it's with a allocated case manager does anyone roughly know how long this will take now it's with a case manager cheers

I was 15 weeks on Monday and havnt heard anything x
