Has anyone been awarded HRM for SMI without a diagnosis? We’re awaiting Autism diagnoses but their is also alot of evidence to suggest global development delay but this does not state a diagnosis of global development delay just wondering wether I have a chance or not hopefully If they reject by time tribunal comes round we will have a diagnosis x

Just quick question I've updated my universal credit as I am getting the lower disabled element because he was on middle rate ..but now he's on high should universal credit be paying the higher rate and owe me backpay as they trying to say they don't but they should so looks like gonna have to appeal that as surly he should get what he's entitled to has really annoyed me as its like they don't understand what am saying

Hey hun just say to them I was awarded dla at the wrong rate they’ve now corrected the rates and I should of been receiving HRC from what ever date and that Univerdal credit owe you the back payment difference of the Severe disabled element amount from this date as they have only currently been giving you disabled element and you was entitled to the Severely disabled element

Hi all. I just called to check my further evidence was on file i had sent it and asked for an update. They said they are working at 6 weeks for MRs. Mine was submitted on 31st March I think and she said id have a decision in 2 weeks. Not so sure!!!!! Xx

LoudBee · 14/05/2024 14:04

I was really hoping to hear something for today, but nothing, I’m now wondering if they are not considering to change the award? I was told two weeks last week, so maybe next week?

I'm still waiting, ours is a couple of weeks before yours. I was expecting, around 1st week in June or later. I think it's taking up to 15 weeks? This is definitely good, if it's less!

LoudBee · 14/05/2024 14:21

Do the Dla only make payments on a Tuesday even if they change their decision? Would it only be a Tuesday you find out if you don’t call them or hear from them by post?

sjm100 · 14/05/2024 15:11

I've just received a text, we are week 10 yesterday and my daughter turns 16 on Saturday, I hope they are looking at it again and it wont take another 4 weeks 😳I might ring them tomorrow, my daughters CAMHS therapist has referred her to the ND pathway and we are awaiting the outcome of that.

I got told 8 weeks, but when I rang they said they were on to the 19th February, that was Friday gone, mine was 6th march and they said it'd be another couple weeks to go to a decision maker, which would be around week 11 xx

Starrrz · 16/05/2024 23:00

Hi all!
I applied for PIP Nov 2023, gor declined end of feb! Sent in for MR , i didnt sent anymore forms as i have no printer and no one that has one! On monday i had a call from a lady to ask abit more. She said she would be making the decision and i only needed 2 points to get it! Im sure she said which shell be giving me them today? She then asked if my bank details are the same. And a letter will be with me within 10 days.
so will she be the one who decised or does it have to be pst to others? X
