Ringing again at 9 scan date 26/10. Very fed up now and think it’s a decline

@mummyof3girlsx I was going to try hold off but want to know the date I rang up for them just can’t remember. Hopefully they tell me. Praying for someone nice to answer 🤞🤞

hi scan date 24/10 woke up to payment today so looks like my son has definitely been awarded does anyone no if backpay is from scan date or when forms were ordered as i’m trying to work out his rates

There is no harm in calling again! It doesn’t go against your claim - I know I pestered towards the end of my middle child’s claim!!

@Tiredmummy1235 @bonz2023 ok, spoke to someone she did the whole counting weeks thing.. and guess what.. it's still in the holding queue. She said at 16 weeks it goes to a DM.. i said ok i am over 16 weeks now so? She said yes any day it will go to a DM - arrgghhhhhh

@Beckylouise000 @mummyof3girlsx just got of call told me Monday that it was with dm and now saying its with a cm and to just wait for a text 🙄 🙃 really think they pick n choose what they want to tell ya it's a joke got a feeling its going to be a decline because its for epilepsy n dld xx

@mummyof3girlsx @Tiredmummy1235 so I just got off the phone from a lovely guy, he updated my bank details and added a couple of upcoming appointments to the notes

He said it's still waiting to be assigned to anyone I should hear by 5th March, if I haven't heard by then I should call back

I did say before I came off the phone it was nice to speak to someone nice and helpful for a change!

19/10 been told so many different things over the phone in the past few weeks, nothing yet x

@bonz2023 @mummyof3girlsx got through to a man who couldn’t understand a word I was saying he said it still in a cue. Talking it takes 20 weeks. Looks like another call Monday 😂😂

I'm not calling again now until after 5th March, leaving it in the hands of the gods 😂😂😂
