@Tiredmummy1235 yeah I am! mines been with a dm for 3 weeks and I’ve asked for updates etc and they’re ignoring me on my journal xx

@Lolly966 I have just put a complaint in. Like waiting for DLA wasn’t stressful enough without this. Xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i put a complaint in yesterday, I haven’t heard anything back yet. Exactly it’s honestly so stressful if we owed UC money they’d be straight on at us to pay it back xx

@Lolly966 that’s what I have been saying they would have you up in court or the bailiffs. The people as well you speak to haven’t got a clue. Xx

I reported on the 5th March that he was awarded dla it went straight on my next payment, the back date payments I’m still waiting they agreed for it to be backdated but no idea when or how much it’s taking so long to sort uc is more stressful that dla I swear it don’t end before we know it will be time to renew dla 🙈xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i thought I’d update you hun, I’ve literally just had a call of the decision maker probs cos of the complaint I put in yesterday, apologising loads because no one has replied to me as she seen all my journal entries, she’s going to accept the change of circumstances for child element and child disability element then told me after she’s done that it’ll be handing back to a work coach or case manager and it’ll take a few weeks for them up to work out the backpay🙄 I thought I’d give you a heads up as they might call you tomorrow xx

@Lolly966 so glad it’s getting sorted for you hun. What date did you do your change of circumstances sorry for being nosy. I hope they ring me tomorrow sick of the stress of waiting. Xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i done my change of circumstances on the 18th march hun what about you? One step close closer that’s for sure! I’ve got my fingers crossed for you that they call some point tomorrow! Keep me updated, It really is stressful especially when being ignored too xx

@Lolly966 i done my change on the 5th march. I really hope someone phones not holding my breath. That’s it hun at least it’s nearly over for you. I can’t wait for all this waiting to be done with. I will let me know when I finally hear 😂😂 xx

@Tiredmummy1235 thats ages to wait for you hun! Good that you put a complaint in, yeah she said it can take a few more weeks to get backpay cos it’s been passed back🙄 so stressful all this waiting by the time we’ve got it we’ll be doing renewals again 🤣xx

@Lolly966 I seen someone else say if you ring up a demand to speak to case manager they do it that day. Don’t know if it works but it’s worth a shot for you. Xx

@Lolly966 i tried phoning today didn’t get me anywhere so not holding out much hope at the moment xx

Keep checking ur old payments on uc I’ve just been on and they have all been changed to add the child disability and carer so the backdate payment must be on its way xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i notified them on March 5th the elements went straight on, decision maker said yes to back pay on 3rd April not had the letter to say how much but all my old payments have been amended today so I’m hoping the money comes very soon xx

@Tiredmummy1235 any news hun? I’ve had my statement through and they’ve put it on this month but not changed the last 6 months worth, so stressful waiting xx

@Lolly966 no nothing rang again this morning the person on the phone put a message telling case manager to get in touch. I read that it should be escalated after a month. Obviously they can’t be bothered. The wait is aswful. Xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i really hope you hear something soon! Oh I didn’t know that, you’re already past a month tho ain’t you? It really is, be different if we owed them money xx

@Lolly966 totally agree they would sort it straight out if we owed them anything. Can’t stand UC people in call centre have no idea or anything. Yeah past a month 5 weeks yesterday. It’s stressing me out so much. Hopefully they update your statement asap. Xx

@Tiredmummy1235 yeah definitely, they’d be on the phone and all sorts if we did. Yeah that’s so true they dont, don’t see why we call when they can’t do anything to help, aww hun that’s so long and not on at all! Did you put your complaint through DWP? As that’s a joke waiting that long Xx
