Scan date 12 April, with a DM, no sign of a decision yet.

i did the same, they told me it will more than likely be a new claim, hopefully I find out next week.

Hi. I rang today for an update and they said it won’t be passed to the decision maker for roughly another 2 weeks, then it will be another week or so after that to make a decision! My scan date is June 1st x

Our existing claim for DS runs out next week, I sent the renewal back in May. Still haven't heard anything back, I called a few weeks ago and they said they do renewals within a few days of the date when it runs out. The waiting is awful, feel very nervous about it.

Our claim was scanned into the system 22nd June. They are now saying a 14 week wait plus then additional 2 weeks for decision maker?? Has anyone else been told this?

@Teddybear88 Yeah mine is the same. It’s looking around 15th Week before I get a decision!! It wouldn’t shock me if it was longer x

@Chloe3x it's ridiculous! After reading the thread it seems everyone is in the same position with all different wait times.
I'm not sure whether my Son will even qualify for anything but I'm keeping ny fingers crossed he does. X

Has anyone who had a scan date of the 25th May received a decision yet? It’s crazy that it takes longer than 1/4 of a year!! :O

My scan date was 18th may. They made a decision yesterday and I was told today. My son got hrc & lm 😀. Toke 13 weeks altogether x

@Hayley1993 you'll probably get a result by next Friday. I am the 26th and they said will be with the DM on Monday or Tuesday with decision shared by Friday.

I’m the 24th may was told Monday would be with DM probably that day and would hear by today and still nothing lol not even with decision maker yet.

My scan date was 24th of may and I received a text today (on a Saturday) to say that my child qualifies for dla. I was told claims up to the 24th may were being dealt with by this weekend

I’ve had the ‘sorry haven’t made a decision yet’ letter today… scan date the end of June! I’m expecting a decision mid September from what I’ve read does that sound reasonable..?

@EllaP85 my scan date is 15th June I’m on week 9 and I’ve been told another 4 weeks at least. Last Wednesday they told me they were dealing with 18th May + and this week is 24th May so I would say next week will be end of May beginning of June xx

I’d say end of sep for you. I’m gonna ring next week so il let you know what they say x

@Lynseyb91 my scan date is 1st of June and It’s looking towards the end of September for me too by what they have said. Hopefully when you ring you get some good news x

@Chloe3x if it was 18th May last week and now 24th it’s highly likely yours is gonna be dealt with in the next 2 weeks x

My sons scan date was 18th may and we’ve had a decision on Thursday. I didn’t get a text or anything, so I called yesterday (Friday) for a update and they told me over the phone the details x so maybe it’s worth calling x

Well I rang this morning the guy was lovely. He said the decision had just been made this morning. My son qualifies he has received MRC and LRM. Back pay should be in bank within 3 days and will receive the £150 cost of living payment in the 3rd of September
