Hi everyone, I am on hod to them now to make sure I can send in a new diagnosis letter we received yesterday. I am 100% sure they haven't got to our claim yet as we have a scan date of 4th May but I will update if they tell me what dates they are working on!

Well they didn't give any dates at all to me just advised I was in a holding queue so I can send more evidence in no problems and that claims are currently taking 12 weeks, she said I shouldn't call again until after 12th July! I hate this waiting game

@KJB88 These call handlers have no idea it’s as if they just tell you anything just to get off the phone, it’s why I refuse to call. It’s really doesn’t help peoples anxiety. In this day and age they should have some sort of online thing where you can track where it is etc. would save so much time & less sorry for people.

Not every DM has text-sending capability, apparently.

I planned to ring first thing in the morning but caved and rang at ten to five. My call wasn't answered. So pointless update, sorry 😂

4th April mine hopefully this dm has services to message shot in dark but good no u can get it on system for text message worth try to all

Anyone waiting on a MR, i received a phone call to ask some questions. And said they wanted to make the most fair decision and id hear back in around 10 days.

it has been 5 weeks since they recieved it.

@SickKid 🤣 that made me laugh to myself as I get to 5 every night, look at clock and think that's another day passed I've had the willpower not to call them 🙈🤣

@Twinmummyanda7yearold, after I got the sniffer on Tuesday, who was also super-evasive, I've no inclination to ring back for at least a few days! 🙈🤣

@NoWordForFluffy gave in and thought I'd ring first thing at 9 to get straight through 🙈🤣 said should be just under two weeks for a decision now as should be on our date not this coming week but the week after 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Rang this morning, they said taking 11 weeks atm so will definitely be this month. He said not been done yet so guessing not even allocated to a dm yet.

It's been nearly 2 weeks since I last rang for an update, I was told up to 2 weeks more so think today I will ring. Will let you all know what they say, but I know it seems be different depending on your area x

@sulli19 as far as I'm aware they all go to the same place now (May be wrong) in England and Wales (?). I rang a couple of weeks ago they told me 2 weeks so rang and they added another 3 😂😂

I got through, they said they are on the week of 4th April so I'm looking at another week to a week and half. X
