Can I ask if you have received a letter back yet? You have the same scan date as me x

Leaf1216 · 19/05/2022 20:39

@Mumofboyslife have you phoned them at all? Maybe they've decided but letter/payment hasn't been received yet.

Mumofboyslife · 19/05/2022 20:40

No I tried to call a few weeks ago and got a really rude man who told me he couldn't tell me anything so haven't... Is it worth trying again?

Leaf1216 · 19/05/2022 21:50

@Mumofboyslife yes definitely, I would phone tomorrow. Hopefully you'll have someone helpful this time, they might have an update for you.

Mumofboyslife · 19/05/2022 21:56

Thank you. Will let you know how I get on!

Jstir · 19/05/2022 21:56

I sent mine 1st Feb, didn't receive any communication so I rang after six weeks to make sure they'd received it. I was told they had and that I'd have a decision middle of April. Still waiting. So that's now 15 weeks.

Leaf1216 · 20/05/2022 09:14

@Jstir is that a new claim? They should of been in touch by now, you should give them a call.

@Mumofboyslife fingers crossed!

Mummy2boys1520 · 19/05/2022 18:04

@Naomis121 they didn't say but she seems to think it will be done by this weekend I'm hoping so as I don't fancy being on the phone for an hour Monday to be told the same thing

Hi did you call up?

Naomis121 · 20/05/2022 09:35

Naomis121 · 20/05/2022 09:15

Hi did you call up?

mime is with a decision maker x

Leaf1216 · 20/05/2022 09:40

@Masonandme are you going to phone again at all? Not sure to phone later or wait till after the weekend

Flumpbump · 20/05/2022 09:46

Mine was scanned 10th March, phoned Wednesday they said it was with decision maker and said that if I hadn't heard by the end of May to phone back. Luckily I got a text yesterday saying they decided my child qualifies.

Elizabeth1412 · 20/05/2022 10:49

All 3 of my kids was scanned 10th March and one of them was paid mrc and lrm so guess the other two will know in the next couple of days. And I rang them on Wednesday and it wasn't even with dm on that day x

Mummy2boys1520 · 20/05/2022 10:54

So been on the phone this morning they rejected my change of circumstances but the dm didn't take into account the evidence I sent which was revived yesterday he made the decision on Wednesday which annoyed me because I called up on Wednesday and they said nothing had been decided. It gone back to the dm to say to look at it again with this evidence and the dm will call me once he has seen it

Oh fingers crossed for you! I’m not sure how long it takes after it’s with a decision maker x

Jstir · 20/05/2022 11:18

Yes it's a new claim. I've only phoned to make sure they had received it. Do you think it's worth ringing them??

Mumofboyslife · 20/05/2022 11:42

Just called then, been awarded HRC, so chuffed. Was well worth ringing as the letter was only issued a few days ago. Thanks for suggesting calling them.

Masonandme · 20/05/2022 11:51

@Leaf1216
hi lovely! I rang up this morning just to see if an update as I was gonna ring Monday but thought I may as well! And my decision was made yesterday afternoon and been backdated from jan 2022! ! I’m over the moon I really am! Been awarded HRC for 2 years to be reviewed 5 months before the end of award.
I am honestly so happy!
so please ring up to see if you have any update on yours and let me know x

@Mumofboyslife congrats !!

Mummy2boys1520 · 20/05/2022 11:54

I've just got off the phone with the dm, his been awarded HRM I'm so chuffed but also annoyed that it took me to tell him to look at the evidence that was received the day after he made a decision even tho a note was left on the system to say it was coming in

Leaf1216 · 20/05/2022 11:58

@Mumofboyslife @Masonandme congratulations both! Great news for you and your children. I'm going to phone now so update if any news.

@Jstir I would definitely phone, they are working there way through March now so unsure how you haven't heard.

Masonandme · 20/05/2022 12:03

@Leaf1216 I’ve never met you before but I really hope it’s the outcome you hope for , for you and your little one🤞 Xx

Mumofboyslife · 20/05/2022 12:14

@Leaf1216 thank you
Fingers crossed for you too lovely x

Jstir · 20/05/2022 12:17

I've just got off the phone after waiting 50 minutes!! They told me I wasn't even on the system!!! Apparently they were in the process of "identifying" my son 🤷 . After a few questions etc they've now put the missing details (which were on the form) and they have passed it on and they are going to monitor it and ring me next week. Watch this space!

Mumofboyslife · 20/05/2022 12:17

@Masonandme
I'm so happy for you!
Did you ask about mobility? I completely forgot to ask, Although as it wasn't mentioned I presume that a no? Not sure how it works.

Naomis121 · 20/05/2022 12:26

Mummy2boys1520 · 20/05/2022 12:27
