New DLA wait times 2022

Iv made this new one as the thread I was following along with others has now been closed mine was scanned on the 18th Feb and still awaiting decision, I'm currently been waiting 40 mins on phone to DLA trying to get a update

@Bizzlemizzle thank you. Litterally called this morning and was told it was with DM and I should know by end of the week. Then an hour later get a text to say he qualifies. I cried. I'm so relieved. Hope everyone gets an update soon. I'm going to call again to see what rate he got as I'm so impatient lol xx

Still waiting for a decision. Forms received 17th February. Just phoned and been told no decision yet. Will be 11wks wait this Thursday x

@Momof4boyos hopefully you will get your decision soon, the waiting is awful ours was received the 18th so 11 weeks Friday.

Finally @whitwoochantelle I'm so happy for you. I called as I'm impatient my son got awarded HRC and LRM I'm over the moon.

I rang Friday and was told it was with the decision maker. Mine is a new claim and scanned 24th feb.

Getting impatient now waiting for the outcome. Starting to stress that it is going to be rejected!

My little boy has just turned 2. He has hydrocephalus, visual impairment, gross motor delay, speech delay and possible learning/cognitive difficulties. I sent paed report, physio report, opthamology report, neurology report. He uses aids provided from occupational health and physio- support chair, bath chair and high chair. Since the application was made he now has a standing frame and will be getting an X-panda aid, and has successfully had has funding granted for a 1:1 for nursery.

I think i am just stressing as he is under 3, but i also have a 10 month old and the comparison in care needs is really obvious, as my youngest is now pretty much walking.

Has anyone from march heard anything yet. I am getting really worried now in case my DD doesn't get anything. She's not been diagnosed yet but she's 12. She won't go out alone, has me up at all times of the night, has severe anxiety issues and possible asd. I have sent camhs report as evidence. The not knowing is killing me.

I just called they are currently working on claims from the 1st of march my claim was scanned 4th march and mine in a holding que and would be looked at this week and hopefully not long now fingers crossed and I have been waiting 9 weeks now

@Nicky80catri I’m 10th March and when I called today, I was told they are currently working on 1st March. The waiting is really stressing me out as it would make such a huge difference to my daughter to be able to afford some things she needs.

@rghltifndn me too Hun the waiting is just horrible and have this awful feeling we are going to get rejected. We too need to buy some things for our daughter and I want to pay for karate lessons to help with her anxiety. Good luck Hun let me know how it goes x

Do they still close at 5pm? I work during their work hours and have been on hold for the last 30 mins as that's the only time I can call.

Cases being worked are now are 1st March and mine was scanned 28th Feb. Still not with a DM and advised this should have been actioned so is being flagged to get assigned urgently

I rang for an update today on coc received 13th dec there working upto the 15th dec so I should hopefully hear by end of the week beginning of next! So anyone waiting on them dates you should hear soon x

My scan date is the 1st of march so going to ring at 9 will keep everyone updated
