thanks carrot I actually have 6 DC - dd3(my challenge!) and 5 others LOL
there's just sometimes not enough of me to go around...sigh...

Well I only have 1 and that's enough for me!
If I had 3 or 6 I would have fallen apart by now.

I bet if we all stopped wasting time on feeling guilty we'd easily fit in an extra set of triplets, no bother.

yes...I do tend to overdo the guilt thing...
then again I REALLY wouldnt want triplets...or anymore at all...so maybe I'll hang on to the guilt Wink

I couldnt handle 6....just my two are enough. :) If I wasnt online so much I could squeeze another one in....naaaah. Grin

Both dcs still awake, one broken nightlight...the expensive lazer one I cant fix, ds is showing signs of yet more teeth coming and dd wants to 'hug daddy'...who's at work..also refusing to sleep without the 'big' light on so prob wont settle for ages! Grrrrrr.

doh.. I can't count!
( I do have three step children and nearly three step grandchildren .. And I'm not even 40 lol.. ( nearly because 2 are on the way!).. But they are grown up and just come to visit! :))

anyway can I change subject?... Batteries.. What is it with batteries.. Ds is a blooming wotsit with them!

Grrr. Have just seen letter from Senco in ds's bag. She has replied to some queries I had in a very condescending manner and is trying to be clever (copied a part of the sm to clarify something for me!). Didn't like it when we declined her suggestion to wait until May to put full provision in place. Bloody liberty. She's not seen me in full battle mode yet so bring it on!

Overflowing - I am in awe of you with 6 dcs and still managing to fight for dd3. Just dealing with ds1 wears me out. I reckon he gets about 90% of me and the other two share the other 10%.

I still don't feel like I do enough for ds1 either and as for the guilt about the other two - don't get me started .....

Maria Shock - triplets!

A friend of mine on our postnatal thread has a big bag of guilt that she keeps under her bed. We all shove our guilt in it and tie the top back up quickly, then she shoves it back under there out of sight. Grin Maybe we should have a SN 'bag o' guilt'. Grin

ohhh yes please for "bag-o-guilt" shoves in all DD3 guilt, along with ignoring other 5 DC guilt and tops up with going back to work guilt...firmly ties top and hands it to next person whilst swigging wine enthusiastically Wine Wink Grin

that gets me too dame half the time they cant even do their job in a half way decent way..
I could never be so sh*te at my job as they are...it is so frustrating...
Just remember though...you have more about you that they do and you will win over them...although totally agree it shouldn't have to come to that.

Oh I wish I could share our EPs and Inclusion Team with you, they have been bloody brilliant thus far.

Our old SENCO was a complete waste of space and held up ds getting help for over a year. Angry We have an acting one at the moment, who seems very on the ball, really knowledgeable and well connected and more importantly genuinely seems to care about ds. It really does make all the difference. I will be sad to see her go when the new person takes up post and can only pray the permanent person is even half as good.

Its shouldn't be such a lottery should it. It makes me so angry that all our dcs can't access the same level of support from caring and genuine professionals.

Batteries, according to the wisdom of ds1, are great for collecting, continually removing from various remote controls and licking. Shock

Fortunately, he now seems to have grown out of this particular phase.
