Hi, I’m a bit late to the party but I rejoined SW yesterday and was looking for a general chat thread!
I’d previously done SW about 8 years ago but not very successfully because if I’m being realistic I didn’t really stick to it. This time I just need something to focus on, I’ve been calorie counting so long I’ve forgotten how to eat normally and everytime I eat something off plan, I just don’t track calories that day. So needless to say, that isn’t working 🤦♀️
i’ve eaten loads today, porridge and fruit, lunch was Tuna and sweet chilli in cucumber ‘boats’, and I made a huge chilli and rice for dinner, plus I’ve had lots of fruit and veg. I feel quite stuffed. I do still want something sweet tho, I had a hifi bar but it didn’t really hit the spot. I need to do a shopping list!
