How was everyone's easter? I gained 1 and was super disappointed as I had made some excellent choices and averaged 13,000 steps per day. But I've had a good think and for one my partner accidently picked up non sugar free pop I knew it I saw it but still guzzled it. We had 2 takeaways and just earlier today I found myself picking unnecessarily.
I have listened to the SW podcast the one about Breakfast I really enjoyed that episode and I have some in mind I would like to do. So tomorrow I have weetabix cheesecake ready for me in the morning
and i am really looking forward to it.
i keep saying i want to lose and its just not happening so something has really got to give. I am going to give myself one last push! I am aiming for as big as a loss as I can get this week and kick start it up again.
