Fed up today, I was on plan all week and low on syns apart from a scone yesterday afternoon for Mother’s Day, WI this morning and gained half a pound 😞 hoping it comes off (and more) next week.
Wight loss is weird, I've been really ill and last week lost 2.5 kilos,this week haven't done anything differently and only lost half a kilo. I've started looking at monthly weigh loss rather than weekly.

Hi all!! I just joined yesterday. I currently weight 13 stone 12lbs and my target is 11 stone 4. I'm actually a size 10 at that weight, I've always been heavy. This time 2 years ago I was 17 stone 7lbs so I've lost just under 4 stone myself first.
I get married on august 19th

Wilma 55, I know what you mean about the podcast ladies, they remind me a bit of Mel and Sue with their voices, and can be a bit twee. I like the ones where others are also chatting, i particularly liked the one on 3rd March with the simmmer of the year talking.
2lb off today, which i am very pleased about as have had a couple of weeks just loosing half a pound. I think the menopause and starting hrt has slowed things, now 3lb of that 2 stone.. slowly does it!
well done on you all for your loses, and positive vibes to those struggling at the moment.
Any one thinking about Easter yet?!

Hello, Joined SW last week, first weigh in was Saturday morning and lost 1.5 lbs, have done SW a few times before. I have a lot to lose and have now been referred by my GP for bariatric surgery, I know I need to lose weight but want to avoid surgery if I can so I really need to stay focused this time and stick to plan 100%.

@pappajonessecretchild just listened to the latest podcast with Mr Sleek and Miss Slinky. I find the two presenters a bit irritating but the podcasts with guests are definitely worth a listen. Are there any you've particularly enjoyed?
I do like the podcast but finding it a bit boring now as they don't seem to say anything new. It's just repeating the same things in different ways.
I am hoping for a big loss this week. I had a maintain yesterday. Really need to get my head back in to it

Got weighed today, first time for 5 weeks as I am at target and was amazed that I have maintained again. Took target on last day of Jan so been there for 2 months, nobody more surprised than me.
I don't want to put on weight so have been watching what I eat but have relaxed it a bit so I can have a decent sandwich for lunch.

Another maintain. I was frustrated with that when I saw it because been on plan but in hindsight probably not enough speed.

how long would you say it took you to fet there?
I have done 1lb a week, a couple of 2lbs, and maintain. I had 2 - 12 week blocks and a 6 and I have lost 2 stone. Had 2 all inclusive holidays in there and 1 last week, that is why I was surprised I maintained. I wasn't 1 of those people who lost heaps the first week, I put on 1lb. 😀

How was everyone's easter? I gained 1 and was super disappointed as I had made some excellent choices and averaged 13,000 steps per day. But I've had a good think and for one my partner accidently picked up non sugar free pop I knew it I saw it but still guzzled it. We had 2 takeaways and just earlier today I found myself picking unnecessarily.
I have listened to the SW podcast the one about Breakfast I really enjoyed that episode and I have some in mind I would like to do. So tomorrow I have weetabix cheesecake ready for me in the morning
and i am really looking forward to it.
i keep saying i want to lose and its just not happening so something has really got to give. I am going to give myself one last push! I am aiming for as big as a loss as I can get this week and kick start it up again.

Hi all, new here. I lost nearly two stone last year and became a target member. I let it all go following an all inclusive holiday well the week before if I am honest. I have a new holiday booked and won't fit into any clothes if I don't lose a stone and half I have put back on.
Been back on sw for 2 days now and joined for support and to support others.

I lost 2.5 lbs this week and half this week. Feel I am actually getting somewhere.
