It's Monday, I've weighed in and I'm still 12 stone. Been a bit slack in the last week. I've been trying to give up my biggest vice which is wine, so I sort of decided last week that was my focus, which resulted in me overlooking a few syns...or fifty 🤫

Anyone want to start a support group on here?

I need to get back to 11 stone, I have a work uniform to get back into in October (when I go back from maternity leave). This is my motivation.

Lost a total of ten pounds so far. Not having syns not a huge problem. They happen with the odd regular thing that I eat, ie white bread mentioned before. I have learned to eat fruit, so my sweet treats are good for me. My apples are the tiny ones for packed lunches, so not too much to eat.Wink

That was a bit garbled-apologies!

I spectacularly fell off the diet waggon at the weekend, I'm not surprised though any time I'm not feeling well I seem to Sad
However by some miracle I've stayed the same weight.
Feeling better today so major kick up the bum time.

Plan for today:

Breakfast: weetabix & milk (a & b)
Lunch: omelette with ham, onion, tomatoes (free)
Dinner: Chilli (1.5), rice, cheese (a)

Any snacks will be fruit.
Also starting couch to 5k today so hoping that will help.

Majorly fell off the wagon here this weekend too! Have been a bit unwell and seriously tired from all the overtime I've had to do and I think I was just feeling sorry for myself. Had Chinese on Saturday for dinner, had pringles and Maltesers last night (and this morning) Blush. I think I need to teach myself to learn when enough is enough 🤷‍♀️

@Lazysundayafternoons I think my problem is I kind of thing oh well I've wasted it now I'll just have a biscuit too.

I need to just be able to draw a line under it and say ok so I had one glass of wine that's fine, no need to have 3 and a packet of digestives!

Managed to stick to my plan totally yesterday. Today's plan is a Nando's fake away!

Breakfast: weetabix & milk (a & b)
Lunch: Mugshot (1), apples & strawberries, muller light (1/2)
Dinner: chicken, Nando's coat and cook (3), corn on the cob, halloumi (a), spicy rice (2)

Total for the day 6.5 Smile

Hi everyone, I’ve started intermittent fasting with my husband, just trying to eat dinner by 19 and three times a week skipping breakfast until 12 pm. It working great, we lost already 2 kg in 2 weeks, it’s slow but sure process, the key is to also exercise during the fasting time when possible. Also I drink on the empty stomach glass of warm water with cider vinegar. 👍
