It's Monday, I've weighed in and I'm still 12 stone. Been a bit slack in the last week. I've been trying to give up my biggest vice which is wine, so I sort of decided last week that was my focus, which resulted in me overlooking a few syns...or fifty 🤫

Anyone want to start a support group on here?

I need to get back to 11 stone, I have a work uniform to get back into in October (when I go back from maternity leave). This is my motivation.

@Dk20 sounds lovely, I love a lasagne. My butchers order isn't being delivered until Tuesday but I think I might do lasagne then Grin

I'm going to have Garlic chicken (Maggi garlic chicken bag think it's between 2-4 syns will need to check) with baby potatoes and veg. Never had it before so hoping it's nice. Am actually hungry at the thought of it!

motherofawhirlwind · 25/07/2020 16:45

@Dk20 yes I do log and my Consultant has checked them. Says they're perfect Sad

Vivera shawrama kebab meat tonight with onions, peppers and mushrooms. Probably with chips and salad, and Pizza Express dressing.

Does anyone know when you get to your goal do you get free access to the app? I am two pounds away from my goal that I set myself and although I want to lose more I will be within normal ranges . I'd like to keep the app as confidence but don't want to pay forever . I know with weight watchers you get free access when you get to goal .

Alienin · 26/07/2020 01:13

As long as you remain within 3lb of goal, I believe

Dk20 · 26/07/2020 07:09

I had my lasagne for dinner yesterday. Then later in the evening dp and ds got a takeaway pizza and I didn't touch a piece of it, I had more lasagne instead.

@motherofawhirlwind that sounds so frustrating Sad. I have lost weight with sw before and it came off really fast. This time it's going much much slower and I'm doing/eating the same things. There seems to be no logic to it 🤷‍♀️

@huuunderickssss when I reached target before, it was free as long as I stayed within 7lb of that.

huuunderickssss · 26/07/2020 08:06

Oh great thanks .. I am doing it online so I'm not sure how that works .. we will see when I get there I guess.

DamitJanet · 26/07/2020 17:52

I’m pretty sure you just get the free ongoing access at target if you’re a group member, not online only. I guess because they can’t monitor it themselves. I’m a long way from target though so don’t quote me!

I’m doing ok here. Had a cheat pizza dinner on Thursday but other than that I’ve been on track. Not convinced I’m losing this week but we’ll see, weigh in day is Tuesday.

Dk20 · 26/07/2020 18:06

I'm having another day where I'm feeling absolutely starving Sad

I had bacon, egg and one slice of toast for breakfast (9am), roast chicken dinner (2pm) and making steak and free chips now because I'm absolutely starving.

How many meals/snacks are you apl eating in a day?

Dk20 · 26/07/2020 18:06

Ps weigh in day tomorrow for me!

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 26/07/2020 18:09

I'm really struggling today, I've just eaten pizza for dinner because i forgot to leave something out the freezer and now I really want to just keep eating rubbish Blush

Weigh day tomorrow so trying my hardest not to cave.

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 26/07/2020 18:10

I generally stick to 3 meals a day, usually one or two snacks but my snacks are usually fruit. I drink coffee in between though and find that keeps me fuller!
Dk20 · 26/07/2020 18:21

@MissRabbitIsExhausted I'm a massive coffee drinker too and find it helps too. I'll have to start having fruit once or twice a day as a snack. But maybe have it half way between meals because I find I'm waiting until I'm so hungry that theres no way a piece of fruit would fill me Sad.
Weigh in here tomorrow too

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 26/07/2020 18:48

I find it hardest to find snacks.

So far all I've really been having for snacks are things like fruit, or a muller light or the other day I had pickled onions and 3 light baby bell because I still had an A choice.

I'm going to order hifi bars to have for snacks too, I've tried other bars but never enjoy them really.

I had one of dds rice crispy thin squares birthday cake bars and they are actually quite nice for 4 syns if you like sweet things!

I'm really lucky I've never been a big crisp lover anyway so I don't miss eating crisps.

Alienin · 26/07/2020 21:36

I’m not snacking at the moment, as I’m only allowing myself fruit to snack on and I hate fruit.

Alienin · 26/07/2020 23:14

I find weight a really funny thing. My weight now is great because I’ve gone down to it, whereas before it was dreadful as I had gone up to it.

Cherrybakewellard · 27/07/2020 09:00

I've finally seen some movement on the scales, I'm 4lb down this week! So feeling motivated!

I've started an instagram page too which I'm going to post on, mainly to keep myself motivated rather than wanted any likes etc.

Well done @Cherrybakewellard that's fantastic Smile

I'm 3 down today too, so very very pleased with that Grin

Good luck to anyone else weighing today!

Dk20 · 27/07/2020 10:20

I'm the same, the only snacks I can think of are fruit and I dont like most fruits - I find them too sweet. I eat the glenisk yoghurts which are really filling are only half a syn. I have one a day but maybe I should have two.
I have the sw bars as my heb, one is usually my breakfast and another is my evening treat and stops me from going to find biscuits to go with my coffee.
I'm a real crisp lover and am really missing having something crunchy.

Well done @Cherrybakewellard that's an excellent loss, I am similar here. Last Monday I had gained half a pound, this week i lost 3 pounds.

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 27/07/2020 10:30

I only have one weetabix in the morning as I find two too much.
Would I be able to have half an half as my b choice, so like 1 weetabix and 1 hifi bar?

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 27/07/2020 10:31

Well done @Dk20 that's a great loss too Grin

Dk20 · 27/07/2020 11:22

Cross posted with you there @MissRabbitIsExhausted, well done on your loss too Grin

Cherrybakewellard · 27/07/2020 13:57

Well done for your loses!

Chips again for dinner for me today - I got the ready cut chips that are free so they have just gone into the air fryer with some chicken. Will probably have beans too.

MissRabbitIsExhausted · 27/07/2020 20:31

I had a beef stir fry with noodles & really enjoyed it.
Just done a 5 mile walk and my legs are killing me 😂 I know that's not a lot for some people but it's good progress for me!

huuunderickssss · 28/07/2020 07:58

Well done every one with their losses .. I'm so close to my first target but my stupid period has put pay to hitting it this week .. hey ho soldier on!!💪🏻💪🏻
