Magna welcome that looks like a good day

Thanks for the well wishes and grazie tiger he's actually been quite chipper despite the symptoms! He's also still eating (takes after his mother!) so I don't think he's too bad.

I didn't get round to the hummus and the 16:8 was tricky today because I was up so early. I did get quite a lot of stuff done for the kids going back to school on Monday/Tuesday so I will have more time tomorrow to do a bit of cooking.

I'm making some stewed apple and blackberries to have with a mini custard pot I've only had 2 syns today which is good as I'm tired and tend to reach for the sugar when I've no energy.

troppibambini · 27/10/2019 19:32

Yes blondes that basically it. I've done it before and it does boost things a bit.
But just wasn't feeling it today.

I can highly recommend pinch of noms campfire stew one of the nicest things I've had in a while. Slow roast ham in tomatoes, beans and spices then you shred the ham.
It was delicious.

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/10/2019 22:11

I even had the sw version of they @troppibambini. Yummy

dexterslockedintheshedagain · 28/10/2019 08:48

Yesterday I had:
Branflakes and milk;
1 goats cheese and red onion tartlet;
Sweet potato satay with spinach , and cauliflower rice;
2 hifi bars, 2 aero snacks.
Diet Coke.

The satay thing was made with 1tbsp of coconut oil, and a few toasted almonds, but I'm finding that using things like this (synful!) really cuts my snacking (which is usually unhealthy stuff)

Everyone's doing really well!! Keep it up!!
Just writing on here helps me

TigerJoy · 28/10/2019 09:10

Looks good @dextersintheshedagain! I find having no fat in my meals makes me feel less satisfied and I am more likely to hoover up crap afterwards.

Sweet potato satay sounds lovely. Have loads of sweet potatoes and was thinking of trying a brownie recipe using them!
