It was just something quick on the go as I was out all morning and food shop didnt come till later. Going to change my target tomorrow & increase my food to maintain as I'm still losing (my original target was 10st7 I'm not under 9st)

FiveNightsAtMummys · 21/10/2019 21:32

Now under 9st that should say!

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/10/2019 22:40

Agree it’s quick. I just seem to need carbs or proteinfor breakie or get hungry

OP posts:
FiveNightsAtMummys · 21/10/2019 23:03

Agree with the protein! I had lots on my salad tonight and was very filling.

TigerJoy · 21/10/2019 23:27

Hahaha @blondes I just didn't want to confess what I've eaten. Been signed off work for another week and slept all day

B - wholemeal toast with smashed avocado. Muller light
L - baked potato with beans and 1.5 frankfurters (200 cals for frankfurters)
D - aldi frozen chicken tikka massala (free!) And rice. Muller light

S - 1 chocolate brownie (250 cal)

Been kicked off the app so no idea about syns. At least I had a good dinner - can recommend the aldi meal. No idea if I'll be well enough to go to weigh in on wed but hopefully so.

FiveNightsAtMummys · 22/10/2019 07:27

Today's plan

B - (at group) boiled eggs, ryvitas with butter (2 syns)

TigerJoy · 22/10/2019 09:40

B -porridge
L - roast cauliflower, m&s lamb koftas, hummus
D - pasta with butternut squash

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/10/2019 09:59

Hi all back after our trip away not even going to there either what eaten over the last couple of daysGrin
Had the most amazing time though and dd said it was the best weekend of her life.
I use frozen berries for breakfast usually raspberries I put them in the microwave for a minute so they're warm and have a big dollop of Greek yogurt which is high in protein and a drizzle of agave nectar (1 syn)
Or sometimes I make a batch of blackberries and apples cooked with sweetener (like the bottom of crumble) and have hot with Greek yogurt. I don't syn it but I don't have loads.

TigerJoy · 22/10/2019 14:51

Hi @troppibambini that sounds great! I'm so glad you had such a lovely weekend

Thanks for the tip - I might try homemade stewed apples, i do love them.

TigerJoy · 22/10/2019 14:55

@fivenightsatmummys I am so impressed by what you're eating, I'm not sure I could manage on that...probably why you're 4 stone lighter!

FiveNightsAtMummys · 22/10/2019 15:02

Lost 3lb this week and got my 6st award! Changed target to lowest I'm allowed for my height but I'm actually 4lb under target so need to gain 1lb or I think they'll terminate my membership. Can't believe I lost 3lb not lost that much for months! I did push to try and lose 2lb so I'd be at bottom but misjudged it.

Had a cake and coffe at Costa as a treat.

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/10/2019 16:59

Well done @fivenightsatmummys that is amazing! If you want to put o a pound i recommend the m&s salted caramel millionaires slices

@blondeshavemorefun I'm so sorry for your loss. It's great you get together with friends and remember him - bugger the syns.

I'm going to group today and dreading it. Will have to start as day 1 again i think. I have form for this - i can follow any diet and lose a stone, i just can't seem to stick to it. I really need to drop more if i want to be considered for IVF though. I've got til 28 nov (assuming I don't get up the duff before then, which doesn't look likely at least this month).

B - porridge (hea and heb)
L - baked potato, ham and salad
D - pasta bake (hea)

I think I might need to give up chocolate completely for a couple of weeks and get myself into better habits.

S - tangerines, apples
