B - nothing. Too busy
L - HUGE bowl of branflakes and milk.
S - Diet Coke, black coffee
D - caramelised onion and goats cheese tartlets (10 syns for 2) with mashed sweet potato and green beans; fruit, Greek yoghurt and meringue 52meringues so 5 syns)

Had a riding lesson this morning. Total cow bag of a horse isn’t the most responsive, worked up quite a sweat trying to get her to move. Looked like a Thelwell cartoon. Gotta be worth a few calories!
Made the tartlets myself, used wholemeal flour, Sukrin gold and I can’t believe it’s not butter to keep the syns down. You’d never know though! I’m actually quite proud of myself.
AND I lost half a pound. My flabber is well and truly gasted!!
What a day!

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/10/2019 08:31

The tartlets sound yummy

Weighed self. Sighs

Let’s see what I can do this week

B bagel b butter 2 marmite fruit

L

Onwards and upwards, @blondeshavemorefun! I need to stop eating chocolate - even ate the emergency kitkat today!

I've been kicked out of the app for not going to classes but I might switch to doing the app - or just doing this. I really like the plan, I have just hated the meetings each time I have gone and usually would duck out early or just leave directly after weighing.

I need something to give me a kick up the arse so maybe switching to online will do that. Also getting rid of this endless cold...am going to buy some options so will try hot chocolate instead of biscuits

B - porridge
L - baked potato, beans, cheese, veggie sausages, butter (3 syn)
D - still deciding but probably pasta e zucca

S - 2 m&s biscuits (12 syn), 1 kitkat (a million syns), 1 muller light

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/10/2019 17:50

Happy to kick your arse :)

Missed meal is sw mince and rice and veg

So like chilli

TigerJoy · 19/10/2019 12:06

Thanks for the boots all!

@troppibambini that sounds like a lush meal and all good choices! Tiramisu is definitely a HEA - think of all the calcium!

@blondeshavemorefun well done on the apples!

Weighed myself and doing ok - back down to 13st 0lbs this morning. Things are (very slowly) moving in the right direction, despite all the chocolate. Just found out cheapest online package for sw is £60 for 3 months so might just go solo / use you guys for motivation for a bit! Will really try and get on it and go to weigh in on Wednesday and get my 1st award 💪💪💪

Had a muller light and a microwaved baked apple after dinner last night which reduced the chocolate intake a bit! I know you're supposed to syn baked apple but it is much better than lindt chocolate

B - bacon sandwich (not heb but gave half to the dogs), rhubarb drink (3 syns)
L - lentil soup
D - pasta with tomato sauce

S - apples, nectarine, muller light

TigerJoy · 19/10/2019 12:23

@jacelancs you are doing so well! That looks like a great day. How did the burger and omelette work as a combo?

dexterslockedintheshedagain · 19/10/2019 12:56

Yesterday:

B - bran-flakes & milk
L - broccoli and cream cheese soup
S - Diet Coke, black coffee, bottle of white wine (whoops...)
D - coconut and banana curry with rice 3.5 syns for the reduced fat coconut milk)

Am quite liking this veggie business, not finding it too difficult to adapt to fit SW.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/10/2019 13:01

Totally free @troppibambini 😂😂😂

Felt too sick to eat dinner so had some picky bits - crudites, a bit of parmesan and prosciutto, a kiwi

I tried freezing a toffee muller light (so it would be a bit like ice cream) to have with bramley apple microwaved with cinnamon, but it was a bit crap. I think it just wasn't sweet enough! All suggestions for desserts welcome

I'm going to try making black bean chocolate brownies tomorrow - i reckon a big brownie would be 8.5 syns

bossybloss · 19/10/2019 23:32

I had the most amazing duck skewers today out of the Free Food recipe book ..SP too !x
