DH announced the other day he wanted to become vegan. So I introduced him to the kitchen and told him that's where he'd be doing the cooking.......🤣
Anyway. Drew the line at vegan but I'm willing to try veggie, but it's a challenge on SW.
Yesterday it was baked sweet potato with chickpeas roasted in spices with a tahini dressing and tomato and parsley salsa. Tasty! Tahini very high in Syns, but didn't need much.
Today it's sweet potato satay curry - peanut butter powder used to cut down on syns, and coconut milk will use up a few syns too, but it is divided into 4 portions.
Time will tell!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/10/2019 15:34
