Wondered if wouid help us all to have a thread where we wrote what we eat each day

To give other new ideas options etc

B toast b - scrambled egg beans spinach ham
L chicken salad and mayo light 1
T potato bacon onion bake - sw mince and veg and salad

We can't be good all the time. @hmmbop it's really startling about some foods! I used to have 2 or 3 biscuits a day until i started sw and realised that was about 9 syns!

I had pasta with courgette and splashed out on the oil - 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil so 9 syns I think but it was lush

Today is papaya and yoghurt for breakfast, then chicken salad for lunch.

I have a long train journey so am taking a pack of ham and fruit for snacks

Feeling a bit anxious about being away (at a friend's house) but hoping i can go to a supermarket and buy enough speed and free food. Trying to decide whether or not I confess I am on a diet and explain what I can eat or just try and be stealthy! She's a skinny minny

The holidays are always hard blondes, don’t beat yourself up.

I was supposed to weigh in yesterday but I’m going tomorrow instead to a different group, thought I’d give myself an extra 3 days to undo the damage of last weekend 🤦‍♀️

God knows how much I'll have gained when I get back. I've been eating and drinking with gay abandon!! (Am I actually allowed to say that phrase?! ). Going to enjoy it, then draw that line when I get home and work really hard on next years holiday body!
So don't worry @Blondeshavemorefun - you've got this Grin

D- rice and curry (0.5syn)
S- latte (2A), 2x alpen light (b), glass of wine (7)

Crap day today. My bank account has been emptied by a fraudster, been trying to sort it out all evening. DD has been in a mood all day, I haven’t eaten much but it’s all been snacks, haven’t had a proper dinner:

B - none
L - chicken breast with rice
D - none
S - crisps (4), mini choc fingers (5.5), twister lolly (2)

Argh @muminthecity! How stressful, i hope it gets sorted soon.

I had a loooong train journey but took supplies

Breakfast papaya and yoghurt
Lunch chicken salad
Dinner pizza and salad (chosen by friend with whom i am staying - all the syns)

Snacks - 1 hifi (HEB), Starbucks coldbrew latte, pepsi max, decaf coffee (all free), ham, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives (some syns), mango and peaches

Went to supermarket here and have fat free yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, plus almond milk, loads of fruit and ham for snacking if I want it. Fingers crossed I'll be able to make reasonable choices at meals (i am here without hubby, with 2 couples, so I know from experience my choices of places to eat will get railroaded)

I disgraced myself last night - running late for work so didn’t have my planned tea. So had a macdonalds 🙄

We out tomorow and bhm at bbq. Think I will just start again Tuesday as lost the umph at the moment

Thank you for the sympathy, I’m hopeful that the bank will refund, but might take longer than usual with the bank holiday. Lost 3.5lbs at WI this morning though so that’s cheered me up!

Anyway I'm down 10lbs after 2 weeks so hurrah although I don't recommend the 💔 diet for everyone!

L - omelette with cheese and peppers
D - unsure, depends on appetite

If you’re over 16 stone you can have up to 20 syns a day. If over 20 stone you get 25. I think men get 20 as well. It’s in the book.

Morning All,

I was out yesterday for pride and we had Hard Rock Cafe for food, it was fantastic. Food heavy, but actually good choices were made. 😊

Today -

B - weetabix

L - roast chicken leftovers salad

D - Gallo Porcini Mushroom risotto with added leftover chicken.

D - Tesco Beef Brisket in gravy (2), peas, roast potatoes, carrots and red onion
S - small slice of Victoria sponge cake (which I even weighed out! 😇) (5), muller light (1)

Haven’t had any healthy extras yet so might have some toast or a couple of hifi bars later on tonight.

I am on a weekend away with friends, staying in a house. Got some raised eyebrows for insisting on my own food and have been very sensible..fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch each day...had an icecream the last 2 days and moooostly made good choices but I completely fell down at dinner yesterday and today. Bread rolls! With butter! So much butter! Also we went to a super posh restaurant tonight and i had 3 courses. Also got fed up watching everyone knock back the wine and had a few lemonades.

I am making a picnic for the train tomorrow so will be restricted to good choices there..back on the wagon tomorrow!
