Wondered if wouid help us all to have a thread where we wrote what we eat each day

To give other new ideas options etc

B toast b - scrambled egg beans spinach ham
L chicken salad and mayo light 1
T potato bacon onion bake - sw mince and veg and salad

Milk in coffee X 3
Lunch: salad, salmon, few croutons, tiny portion of mayo
Dinner: new potatoes, LM sausages, beans
Snacks couple glasses of red, apple, handful of peanuts, ice lolly

Too tired to count sins (probably way too many!)

B - baked oats. Syn for yogurt and sauce (3.5)

L - bacon egg and mushroom scramble. (Free) and a mint hi-fi Bar (3)

D - homemade chicken nuggets (1) roasted garlic sweet potato (1) and pre-bought wedges (1)

Weigh in tomorrow

B: peaches and ff yoghurt
L: homemade salad nicoise - 4 syns for olive oil dressing and black olives, but worth it. Absolutely massive and tasty.
D: probably homemade lentil, broccoli and pasta soup - 3 syns for 1 tsp oil

Snacks: 2 fruit and nut hifi

Any suggestions on best lunch tomorrow before weigh in? I was thinking maybe ham, salad, baked potato

I’ve been awful the last few days, had family staying over the weekend, we ate out a lot and there was lots of chocolate and cake 🤦‍♀️. Back on it today though, got a bolognese cooking at the moment and have kept on track today:

B - banana
L - salmon, rice and salad
D - tagliatelle bolognese with cheese (HEA)
S - will have 2 hifi bars later as my HEB and maybe a bag of mini chocolate fingers (5.5)

60g lentils (green or brown)
1tsp oil
I small dried chilli / pinch chilli flakes
Salt

Boil for 1 hr in water. This time i also added 1 carrot and 1 garlic clove diced but I don't think they added anything

1 small / half medium head broccoli, cut into florets and stalk diced
60g soup pasta eg macaroni

Add broccoli and pasta (assuming pasta needs 10 min cooking time) and boil for 10 min.

That's it. It's lush.

yeah that soup sounds awful.
i'm going to make some soup for lunchtime today. just carrot, turnip and some onion, i.e. what i have in the fridge plus maybe some mini pasta.

I have weigh in tonight. First time in two weeks. I actually feel like I have lost weight but then again, I haven't been strict and have been less active because I've had a flare up of one of my issues but we shall see!!!

L - easy dairylea omelette. HEa

D - burger(free), tomato basil thin (5.5) vegetable chips (3.5) onion rings (3) cheese slice (HEa2) and bbq sauce and mayo. (2)

It's a very syn heavy meal tonight but it was what I fancied and it will fill me up so I won't be snacking. I rarely snack at night anymore. My habits are changing I just. Red to eat more fruit and veg! 😊

Well, you will either love the idea of lentils + broccoli or hate it...

It was all in vain. I put on 1.5 lbs this week. SO depressed Sad

It feels a bit unfair. I've had 3 lunches out, been good in between, done shit loads of exercise. I weigh myself every morning. Yesterday I was 13 st 2lb. This morning, after eating really lightly, but having a hot chocolate (in plan!) I weighed 13st 4lb. This afternoon, I am 13st 8lb. I am mid-cycle, so not period.

Luckily I still have another 8 weeks prepaid so I'm not giving up...

I am going to sit down and write out again what I ate this week , count syns, think about it, think about what I'll do differently. I'm going away this weekend and staying at someone's house so I'll have very little control over what I eat. Sigh. I hope everyone else is having a better day than me.

I'm having a non-alcoholic beer and a supermarket pizza for dinner, pulling my socks up and trying harder tomorrow.

I had some crisps and chocolate too.

I'm breastfeeding so get 3As and 2Bs

B- raisin wheats and milk and a cup of tea (1B and 1/2 A)
L- lettuce, mackerel fillet, yellow bell pepper and Aldi curried chickpeas (1/2 syn)
D- same as lunch (1/2 syn)
D- 2 alpen light bars (b), latte (a), apple, McDonald's apple pie (12.5)

2 As, 2Bs, 13.5 syns

Went out this evening but stayed pretty much on plan, I think. Had teriyaki noodles and chicken for dinner, not sure of exact syns but looking online it seems to be around 5-7 so I’m counting it as 7.

B - nothing, woke up late
L - salmon salad
D - teriyaki noodles with chicken (7)
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB), 2 Malibu and Diet Cokes (5)

Papaya, passionfruit and yoghurt for breakfast

Lunch is chicken salad with sweet chilli sauce and lime juice

Don't know yet about dinner.

Weekend away involves 2 picnics which at least should be easy, and at least I've given up booze (bloody missed it last night)

Trying not to feel discouraged, @blondeshavemorefun. I'm currently heavier than my first weigh in a month ago. Keep going, I guess!

B- 2 Millie's bitesize cookies, which I was alarmed to find were 5 syns each. Not worth it.

L- spicy mince and rice

D- syn free curry, rice, FF yogurt, 2x poppadoms (4) Mango chutney (2)

Snacks- bowl of raisin wheat (b), milk (1/2A), 2x latte (2As), 2 alpen lights (b)

2b, 2.5a 16 syns (29.5 syns so far this week).
