Wondered if wouid help us all to have a thread where we wrote what we eat each day

To give other new ideas options etc

B toast b - scrambled egg beans spinach ham
L chicken salad and mayo light 1
T potato bacon onion bake - sw mince and veg and salad

Today will be an SP Day, determines romgwt my stone award on Monday:

L- leftover cheese and onion quiche (HEa)

D- chicken and mushroom chow mein stir fry (4.5syns - packet sauce)

😂😂😂 yes naughty step for me

Was mostly good today but did lots of exercise and got really hungry

Fruit and yoghurt
Chicken salad with sweet chilli sauce and lime juice - 1 syn
Pasta with peas then strawberries -3 syn

Snacks- 1 hifi, some cherries handful of nuts and 1.5 packs of ham!!!!!

25g lindt after dinner - 7 syn

Rice 1, chicken 0, curry sauce 4.5

Dinner - spaghetti Bolognese 0

Latte at a party hex A

5 syns left so I had an after eight 2 and a biscuit.

Good Morning,

Today:

Brunch- Lm sausages, bacon, beans, eggs and mushrooms. (Couldn't finish it, my appetite is def shrinking)

D- Roast Beef - at my Mums. She knows I'm on SW so it should be very low in Syns.

Breakfast - beans, healthy B toast, 2 eggs (I'm hungover and couldn't bare veg or fruit this morning).

Lunch - other slice of healthy b bread topped with lettuce, tomatoes, healthy A mozzarella, 4 olives chopped (0.5syns I think)

Dinner - will be turkey keema and rice. (2syns)

Snacks - will be grapefruit, strawberries and melon to make up for the last of speed in my breakfast!!

@twinkledag lindt was orange milk chocolate thins, which are ace.

I am really enjoying this thread and finding it much more supportive than group! Loads of good ideas too.

B - Fruit ff yog

Took my niece to the theatre this afternoon and had limited options - ate steak and chips with chimichurri sauce which was bloody lush. (Guess 10 syns)

Small handful of popcorn, 1 hifi and a latte (HEA) in the interval

Been super good and made chicken and mango salad for dinner even though DH ordered pizza. Chicken, mango, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, spring onion, lettuce, fresh chilli, coriander and mint. Lime juice and reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce as a dressing (1 syn)

About to have strawberries and halo top ice cream (3 syns)

Today was a terrible food day 🙈! Pizza and ice cream at a kids party!

Back to work and back to normal from tomorrow - be good to get back into a routine!

Morning folks

Haven't been posting meals as haven't really been eating 🙈 have had some fruit, wholemeal toast and spreading cheese and that's it.

Hoping I'll feel better this week. However the plus side is I've now dropped 8lbs in 10 days so yay for that!

@dancemom oh gosh, I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope you can manage to eat something more substantial soon

@twinkledag yay for routines! And don't worry too much - one slip up doesn't make a huge difference.

My home scales tell me I've lost 2 pounds this week - I've been weighing myself every day for about 4 years so I have some good data and idea of my fluctuations - if I can get it down by another 2 pounds then I might make my 1 stone award on Wednesday!

Bearing in mind I have eaten chips, chocolate and various other things this week, I bloody love this diet!

B: mango, strawberries, ff yoghurt
L: chicken and mango salad (same as yesterday)
D: steak and roast veg & actifry chips depending if I get home in enough time to make them before DH's night shift. Otherwise pasta al sugo (with tomato sauce)

I was going to do a couple of SP days but I have things that need eating first...

Want to talk about your heartbreak? Feel free to offload. Sometimes that helps me - wee random outpouring on Mumsnet!!

My menu:

B: shredders and milk
L: spinach salad with tuna, mozzarella, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, vinegar
S: grapes
D: roast beef leftovers, veggies and potato cake made from mashed potato and egg (weird but ok!)

Had a Dairy Milk after. Think that’s 12 syns??? But that’s all I had today syn wise.

Oh and I wore a pair of trousers today that when I bought them they felt too tight and uncomfortable but today they felt comfortable and looked good. The first time I’ve noticed any difference in my clothes!
