I always enjoy these as it gives me new ideas.

So today I have had
Breakfast- Skyr yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, Dorset cereals sugar free muesli (Hex)
Lunch- jacket potato with homemade coleslaw and salad.
Tea- ‘pizza topped’ chicken with sweet potato ‘chips’ and more salad with free French dressing. (Hex cheese)
Snack- carrot sticks and a salt and vinegar rice cake. (1.5s)
I will have a couple of glasses of wine later.

B: 40g no added sugar alpen, yoghurt, frozen berries

L: scrambled egg, 10g cheese, ham, spring onion, plum tomatoes, a broghie 1 syn

D: Jerk chicken (eat more for less, P94), cubes roast potatoes, pineapple salsa

Have eaten apples, satsuma, grapes, 1/2 a melon, kiwi

Popcorn 2.5 syns, twister 2 syns

@Mrsgandy it isn't an official slimming world thing, but it's 7 speed foods, 7 glasses of water and 7 Syns in a day. There's quite a bit on Instagram about it. I'm hoping it will give me a bit of a boost after the weekend (and I'm weighing in 1 day early this week).

Oh I like the sound of that . I’m definitely eating 7 speed a day but I’m having too many syns today and yesterday .
Have my blueberries and raspberries defrosting for the morning . Started to buy frozen as I was spending too much money .

Weekend great, but not in terms of food! Back to work today and want to get as much off by my holiday - only 2 weigh ins left!

Plan for today,

B- skyr, granola and an apple
L- salad made out of iceberg, rocket, red cabbage, red onion, radishes, tomato, carrot olive oil and vinegar dressing (3 syns) and a boiled egg.
D - Spaghetti bolognese (carrot spaghetti) and some garlicky spinach on the side

Managed to loose 2lbs this week which I'm pleased with. Went to a BBQ Saturday and was pretty restrained - 1 small glass prosecco and 1 burger plus a chicken wing, lots of salad, few crisps etc but had just had fruit otherwise.

So, yesterday was:
B - HiFi bars
L - 5 Chicken Selects (19) plus mega salad I made (post WI treat so doesn't count 😉😂)
S - Aldi veggie sushi (2.5), cheese puffs (4.5)
D - Aldi skinny sausages, baby potatoes, roast Mediterranean veg, broccoli, peas, fruit split lolly (3.5)

Today:
B - melon, raspberries, yogurt (0.5)
S - HiFis, cold chicken
L - cous cous (0.5), ham, roast veg
S - grapes
D - M&S lamb curry with rice (2), ice lolly of some description

Onwards and downwards!

Breakfast: oat pancakes with strawberries, raspberries and 1 tsp choc shot (1/2 syn)
Snack: 2 x satsumas
Lunch: 1 leftover cheese and bacon stuffed jacket with a big salad
Dinner: chilli con carne with cauliflower rice
Snack: skinny crunch and 1 pink and white.

Total syns: 6
Water: 3 litres
Exercise: 1 mile run

Lost 2.5lbs this week and got slimmer of the month 😱🥳🎉🥳🎉

So obviously threw it all out the window and had a blow out lunch and dinner 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙈

Back to it in the morning and planning to go for a run tomorrow too.

Weigh day today & lost 3.5lb plus got my first half stone award so really pleased with that Smile. Last week I stuck to plan but only lost 1lb so perhaps this week was catch up. I did 2 pinch of nom recipes this week - Cuban beef & chicken orzo pasta bake, both were delicious.

Today:
Breakfast - porridge (HEB) with strawberries & skimmed milk (from HEA)
Lunch - Thai curry butternut squash soup
Snacks - apple, banana
Dinner - ham, mushroom & cheese omelette with 1/2 plate salad, slice of melon for pudding.

B: Own made museli ( just oats, grape nuts and a few sunflower seeds ) with almond milk HEB AND HEA
Light and Free coconut Craze yoghurt ( 1 sun)
Nectarine

Planning on having:
L : leftover Spaghetti Bol for lunch with salad not pasta
D : asian noodle salad with little gem lettuce and carrots
In Between : as little as possible but a SW bar may sneak it's way in .

So yesterday was pretty much as planned:

B - melon, raspberries, yogurt (0.5)
S - HiFis, cold chicken
L - cous cous (0.5), ham, roast veg
S - grapes, Tomato Snaps (5.5)
D - M&S lamb curry with rice (1), PON syn free onion bhajis, ice lolly (3.5)

The curry was delicious and very light. Added rice and bhajis as thought it needed it but OMG it was filling. Got leftovers with some bhajis to have for lunch tomorrow!

Employing some creative accounting today after oversleeping and not getting time to sort my pack up out...

B - Tesco Cheese and Onion sandwich (25.5 🤯 so cheekily minusing 6 for the bread and 12 for the cheese and having no HExs today, so 7.5 syns 😂)
L - salad box with baby potatoes, pasta and coronation chicken (5? for the mango chutney and mayo)
D - something syn free!
S - fruit and veg only

40g oats cooked on hob with water, 50g strawberries and a weight watchers fromage frais. Broghies with cottage cheese, spinach, gherkins, tomato and pickled onions. Homemade butternut, lentil and chilli soup. Apple, orange and pear. Dinner will be 100g gammon and roast vegetables.

S - Tomato Snaps (5), grapes, cucumber sticks, HiFis, Toffee Crisp (9)
D - Aldi Peri Peri King Kebab (4? Seen differing syn values!) with chips and salad, ice lolly (2)

Kebab thing was lovely but so spicy!!! Only ate half as mouth was in fire 😂

L - Salmon traybake with onion, leeks, broccoli, chilli flakes (absolutely delicious. Blueberries with yoghurt.
I don't do Dinner, snacks tangerine, apple, banana.
Plenty of cups of tea with almond milk and water.

Hi all sorry I have been busy . Lost 1.5lb and got a half stone award.
Yesterday had my usual for breakfast , fruit yoghurt and granola. Lunch was lettuce, apple, tomato , ham and dressing. Needed a comfort dinner so fried in low cal spray 2 eggs , 3 salad baby potatoes sliced and some baked beans . All free .

Syncs yesterday , 2 hi fi bars , salad dressing and tomato ketchup,total 9

I had an unexpected trip away for the weekend. There was an all you can eat Chinese buffet involved. We will say no more.

I weighed in a day early today and lost half a pound. Half a measly pound Hmm I'm now away until Sunday so will no doubt put that back on and a whole lot more!Grin
