I always enjoy these as it gives me new ideas.

So today I have had
Breakfast- Skyr yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, Dorset cereals sugar free muesli (Hex)
Lunch- jacket potato with homemade coleslaw and salad.
Tea- ‘pizza topped’ chicken with sweet potato ‘chips’ and more salad with free French dressing. (Hex cheese)
Snack- carrot sticks and a salt and vinegar rice cake. (1.5s)
I will have a couple of glasses of wine later.

4 pound off this week, one to go for 3 stone!

Tonights dinner was pasta bolognese, completely syn free!

Hi I've had a really rubbish couple of weeks and not really on plan so a new start today

B-banana pancakes with strawberries and chocshot
L-baked potato with beans and bacon and salad
D-roast chicken dinner.

I know the pancakes are a tweak and contain one mashed banana but I'm being a rebel and not synning it. When I look at the ingredients of breakfast I'm not over eating fruit so I'm going with it for now. Plus they really filled me up so if they stop my snacking I'm happyGrin

Today was 40g porridge with water a yoghurt and frozen fruit.

Mini omelettes with beef, spring onion and tomatoes.

Steak, chilli and garlic chips, creamy garlic mushrooms and carrots.

I have done nothing but drink wine and eat crap all weekend.
I am so annoyed with myself but don’t seem to be able to stop craving sweet things and seem to have zero self control.

I have to get back on it tomorrow.

There must be something in the air sabotaging our hard work. Today I have just be constantly hungry!
B- muller light with strawberries and blueberries and a banana
L- jacket potato, cheese and beans
T- homemade bolognese (huge portion Blush) with cheese and brown pasta
S- 2 alpen light bars and a bag of squares

I’m going to bed grumpy because I want more snacks.

I'm really really trying to stay on plan I'm going away in three weeks and have to get in swimwear in front of lots of peopleSadShock

Yesterday was

B- 2 hifis
L-baked potato with ham and beans
D-chicken pad Thai (homemade with 3 syns for peanuts)
Tesco toffee merengue (5.5)
Pancakes with strawberries,raspberries,choc shot (1) and 20 mini marshmallows (2)

Today
B-Greek yogurt with strawberries and agave nectar (1)
L-baked potato with beans and salad
D-chilli and rice with salad

Dinner Piri piri chicken kebabs cauliflower steak with green beans and broccoli

I need a slap. I cannot get back into it and have gained about 3 lbs. I am just constantly hungry and fruit is not cutting it.

I am so cross with myself but can’t seem to sort it. Angry

Sainsbury's whole muffin (b choice) 10g cheese(1/4 a choice) Quorn patty(0.5) turkey rasher, fried egg. 2 satsumas.

Massive bowl of melon, strawberries and blue berries.

Twister lolly (2.5), popcorn 2.5 syns

Chicken roasties, broccoli, carrots gravy (2 syns)

Crisps 4.5 syns. 2 babybels light.

Slap here OP I know the feeling but you can get back on track.

Today I had-

B- porridge and banana
L: 1 slice bread, cottage cheese and salad. Apple, satsuma.
D- steak, potato wedges. Onion and peppers.

1 biscuit.

If I haven’t lost weight this week I’m going to cry 🤣

Skinny latte with sugar free hazelnut syrup
2 hifis
Chicken thighs roasted with herbs onions and potatoes olive oil spray (1) broccoli
Banana, orange, yogurt (1)
Lemon fibre one (4.5) custard (2)
Benefit bar (3)

Lots of sweet stuff and syns today but it's shark week so I'm ok with that would like to try and get more veg tomorrow.

I have been a bit better the last few days but am still struggling.
Today was
B- muesli, yogurt, strawberries
L- pasta salad with chicken and dressing
T- will be heck sausages with carrots, cabbage and mash (seems weird in the sunny weather but it was dd’s requested tea)
S- salt and vinegar rice cake (1.5)
Satsuma

Today I've had:
Breakfast - chocolate weetabix
Lunch - veg stir fry followed by a banana, blueberries, Greek yog & choc shot.
Tea - salad inc tuna mayo, cheese, eggs, peppers, sweetcorn, lettuce, red onion, tomatoes. I'm so full right now. Not sure what snack I'll have later till later.

Yes so last week I lost half a measly lb! So pissed off 😡

Today I’ve had-

B- porridge and raspberries
L- egg in a warburton thin and salad
D- chicken fajita with loads of speed veg and salad and fat free cottage cheese
instead of sour cream.

I know I’ve gone off plan a bit with the bready stuff but I haven’t had any potato or pasta both of which would have been more calories.

Today is my first week. Today I’ve had:

Porridge made with water and yoghurt mixed in. Strawberries

Chicken salad, beetroot and an apple.

Satay noodle stir fry (which used all my syns)

Couple of cups of tea with milk and a herbal tea

I have been back on it but my weight loss seems to have stalled a bit.
Yesterday I had
B- 2 slices of toast with mashed banana and some melon
L- pasta salad with chicken and beetroot. Skyr yogurt
T- Aldi 5% burger with plastic cheese, chips and salad (4syns)
2 x 35ml amaretto and Coke Zero with lime (to get my speed in Wink ) (7 syns)

Does anyone know the syn values for the big pots of flavoured Graham family skyr yogurt please? I am struggling to find them.

Today was
B- muesli, fruit and Greek yogurt (again)
L- wasn’t hungry and then starving too close to tea so just a banana
T- tandoori chicken skewers, homemade raita, salad and rice.

So no syns yet. Will be having some wine or amaretto later though.

The app says 1 syn per 100g for flavoured Skyr

Today I have had:
B- usual muesli, yogurt, fruit combo (maybe boring but I like it)
L- jacket potato with salad and some low fat dressing.
T- slow cooker roast beef, broccoli, carrots and roast potatoes. The roasties were cooked in oil but not by me so I’m not sure how many syns for them or the gravy.
Am having a bit of dark chocolate now (3syns worth) so hopefully will still come under.

I do need to stop guestimating syn value though. I am probably doing myself no favours.

I’ve tried so hard this week. I’m bloody ravenous today though and determined not to screw it up before weigh in tomorrow.

I need a decent loss then i’ll be on plan but not being ridiculous next week....

A bit of oil and a few squares of chocolate shouldn’t be too bad, there are far worse things to eat.

Today has been -

Little bit of granola and milk while watch it GOT before work. I’m counting 6 syns though it was probably not that high.

A bowl of porridge (B) with agave syrup (1) and a tsp of cocoa

An apple

Lunch was roasted veg, quinoa and chicken breast

Dinner was slim n slender sausages, mash broccoli, carrots and onion gravy. Not sure how many syns would be in the gravy but can’t imagine I’ve hit 15 so not too concerned

Shitty and tired day at work today. It’s funny how much you realise that you use food as a crutch when you are trying to control it.
I have had to really try to control myself.

B- overnight oats with yogurt and berries
L- ham and pasta with salad and beetroot
S- apple and 2 satsumas
T- chicken skewers with feta, couscous salad and mint yogurt

reading this with interest; have any of you 'converted' to SW after WW? I'm always hungry on WW if I stick to the plan but it looks like you can have more filling stuff (carbs!) on SW.... any views?
