I haven’t had the best day today.

Breakfast was banana pancakes with fruit and ff Greek yogurt but I have just realised that I should have synned them. Am a bit out of practice and was excited about the idea so slipped up.
Lunch- bacon and egg sandwich (heb) with a small salad on the side
Tea- roast beef and veg with roast potatoes which I’ve just found out were cooked in oil. I’m not sure how that happened as my dad is usually really good.
Followed by a small piece of sticky toffee pudding which I shared with dd. (I only had this as I thought that I had a full days syns left at that point).

I am now drinking a glass of red and feeling annoyed with myself.
Oh well, will have to make up for it tomorrow.
Sad

The waffles really are super simple. Just make your usual baked oats, pop it in the mould or waffle maker if you have one, and whack in the oven. With the fruit and yoghurt they're really filling and I've really enjoyed them, especially warm and crispy with the Halo Top Grin.

Didn't have the best day yesterday, had Sunday lunch at my mams and she made me mash, and then followed by a trifle.

Today is a new day though and I'm plodding along.

Missed breakfast as wasn't hungry
Dinner was scrambled eggs, seeded bagel with laughing cow triangles, orange, apple, pufts
Have bought skinless chicken tikka drumsticks from Asda for tea, thought they'd be near free, but they are 1.5 syns each (or 1.33, so counting 4 syns for 3)

Breakfast: 2 nimble bread with extra light laughing cow. Boiled egg

Dinner: feel a bit sick so mugshot

Tea: will be white fish filet, green beans and new potatoes

Have had a glass of milk. I'm pregnant so just doing SW to fry to not gain a tonne. Usually eat more than this but feel offside today

Lost 1.5lb this week, probably didn't deserve to so pleased with that!

Feel really sicky today so although my brunch was on plan (2 Wholemeal from 400g loaf, scrambled egg and some smoked salmon) I've had a bag of puff, a small malteaser bunny and 8 galaxy golden eggs for dinner as I felt I needed sugar. I reckon for the day I'm well under 800 cals so I'm not sweating it!

It all went tits up last night and I ended up eating a load of toblerone and drinking about half a bottle of red wine.
I haven’t done any exercise all week as ds will not settle on a night and by the time he is asleep I just can’t be bothered.
I don’t imagine it’s going to look great on the scales this week. Sad
