gah, going it alone SO isn't working. I'm going to sign back up to the group tonight - I really need the added support or I'm just going to keep on going up and up.
Have messaged my consultant, dreading her saying that she won't have me back Confused

fingers crossed she says something nice!

TheImprobableGirl · 05/03/2018 11:17

Has anybody bought the menu book? Was it worth getting?

latedecember1963 · 05/03/2018 11:48

Well done, Flutterby!
I've lost 1 1/2 this morning so the SAS logs are working for me. It's made me realise how many little extras I'd been having and kidding myself I was being on plan. Nothing major at any given time, but enough to affect the result on the scales on Monday morning.

Be brave, Theimprobablegirl, if my consultant is anything to go by, you'll be welcomed back with open arms!
Hope everyone has a good week!

Testarossa1 · 05/03/2018 11:49

Well just half off this week. But i expected it what with 'star week due! I've got 11lb to go till target, and 1lb and ill have made my club 10. Got the next 2 weeks off so planning on hitting the gym/swim everyday.

Flutterby81 · 05/03/2018 12:00

Thanks and well done to latedecember and testarossa Smile
Done my first trip to the gym last night and plan tobeo again tonight so hopefully another weeknonnplqn Smile

boats16 · 05/03/2018 12:11

Well done Latedecember and Testarossa. Im sure youre consultant will have you back. Youve always got here to talk . The people here give you good help and advice..Im doing it alone too.Well with my DH who forgot his weigh in this morning !!!!! I mean, how can you forget ???????
Confused

TheImprobableGirl · 05/03/2018 12:50

I was brave the first three times latedecember1963 Grin
This will be my fourth time re-joining. The consultant is a bit crap, she follows a lot of the ready meals and mullers rather than recipes, but I need to know that someone is weighing me, and that will hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow - more than my DH telling me he loves me at any weight

Made some meatballs yesterday, delicious in the spicy sauce I accompanied them with but quite dry on their own. I just got some 5% mince, fried off some onions (frylight obvs) mixed them together with some chilli, salt, pepper and paprika and then popped in the oven for 20 mins. Adding eggs just tends to make them wetter, especially as i'm omitting breadcrumbs but I don't know how to keep the moisture in!

TheImprobableGirl · 05/03/2018 12:52

There's no way he forgot boats16 , I smell a gain Wink

Groovee - i vaguely remember you made the nacho style feast a couple of times - any tips on how to make it particularly tasty or is it just straightforward? Thinking of making it tonight after weigh in!

Groovee · 05/03/2018 13:47

Well done losers.

Felt like my first day again as we were off 3 days last week. It went fine. But I have a hideous headache.

@TheImprobableGirl if you follow the recipe it's very tasty. I don't put peppers in as they give me reflux, but I put mushrooms in and a large side salad. Instead of grilling the cheese I bake it all together. It's a lovely meal but takes forever.

Well done all losers!

3.5lb off for me today. Celebrated with a vegan energy ball from the posh coffee shop, and actually, it tasted just like a chocolate brownie.

Flutterby81 · 05/03/2018 15:02

Well done boo Smile

MyGuideJools · 05/03/2018 15:07

well done losers today🌟
I'm having a 'holiday' and not weighing in till next Monday. we've been away for DH birthday and had Chinese buffet, cake, chocolateBlush
But I'm back on it today,
breakfast: quark with blueberries and honey
lunch: jacket potato and cheese
dinner; 5% mince with courgette and peppers and mushrooms.
snacks: none yet but will probably have grapes and blueberries and a HiFi bar.

boats16 · 05/03/2018 16:33

I smell one too Improbable. Theyre funny arent they . He says weigh day doesnt bother him, why do I worry ? and its him that 'forgets' lol Grin

Groovee · 05/03/2018 18:50

Groovee · 06/03/2018 06:41

Welcome Blonde. I'd only change your banana or grapes for blueberries or strawberries as those are speed while banana and grapes are only free food.

Well done MumInTheCity that’s an amazing loss!
