Been eating Maltesers mini bunnies all day. They're moorish! . You can't just eat one. Its my birthday treat.👿

OwlinaTree · 03/03/2018 23:26

Had a good day on plan. DS birthday party today, roads were good enough for everybody to come, he had a lovely time. I resisted the cake and I've managed to stay on plan all day.

DH had Chinese takeaway, my favourite take away! I had chilli and rice from the freezer.

I really better lose this week or I will be straight down that take away!

Flutterby81 · 04/03/2018 07:31

Wow well done OwlInaTree that’s great willpower you have there 🙂
Off to work today snow/slush has finally cleared here! Chicken pesto pasta to take with me, this is the first week since new year where I have stayed 100% on plan no going over syns or not counting things hoping to see a loss tomorow.

boats16 · 04/03/2018 09:37

When you say 'not going over syns' does that mean still allowing yourself the syns that youre allowed ? I hope so Smile

boats16 · 04/03/2018 10:45

I was looking at my belly the other night andnoticed that if I wear a bikini my belly would look all wrinkled anyway from where Ive lost a bit of weight .. Its not too bad but can anyone tell me will moisturiser or anything help. I know there can be problems with lots of loose skin but its not a lot so its just wrinkly [Embarrassed]

Flutterby81 · 04/03/2018 12:21

Yes boats still having my syns allowed just no sneaky days where I go over 15 Smile

FrozenMargarita17 · 04/03/2018 15:20

I don't tend to use my syns except for special occasions or if I'm out and I need something to eat! I'm bad at stopping once I've started so I try not to start eating!

boats16 · 04/03/2018 16:46

I tend to use a few for things like peppercporn sauce if I have steak or mayo. I miss little touches but Im fine if I can just have a taste Smile

Groovee · 04/03/2018 19:08

I made these. A light and free vanilla yoghurt, an options salted caramel sachet. Mix together. Popped in a mould and froze for 4 hours.

Gave DH one but they were nice like a wee ice cream dessert.

Oldowl · 04/03/2018 21:46

Does anyone else have a taster this week?

I was going to do the aubergine and chickpea tagine from the new SW little book of menus. However, I made it earlier this week and it was so bland. If I make it again, I will definitely have to up the spice to give it a bit of a kick.

Cherrypi · 04/03/2018 22:06

I do. Was thinking of homemade Haribo and frozen grapes. Would that be weird?

Testarossa1 · 04/03/2018 22:15

Evening all. Weigh in for me tomorrow. Not expecting much on the scales as I Think star week may be imminent, ( I've got the implant, so no real cycle, just signs!) Today I've had
B - blueberry wheaties with yoghurt (heb)
L - jacket potato and beans
D - chicken breast, mash (synned the butter) parsnips, carrots, broccoli, cauli, sprouts, gravy (also synned)
Snack - hifi bar.

Found a recipe for SW Chinese 5 spice sauce in one of their recipe books. Doing it for dinner tomorrow as a stir fry with pork.

OwlinaTree · 04/03/2018 23:05
